Absolutely fantastic, booked for a show at the NEC for my business. Less than 10 mins drive away, fantastic location. Lovely village walking distance from nice pubs and a few restaurants. The breakfast was fantastic, including gluten free toast and sausage for me, and the owners are so lovely and welcoming. Very comfortable ENORMOUS bed, spotlessly clean. Thanks guys!

Really clean, a comfy bed, great location with only a 5-10 min drive to the NEC. James was incredibly welcoming and breakfast was fantastic. Pot of hot coffee already on my table when I came down in the morning, with a full English breakfast following almost immediately. I stayed 2 nights - I will be back and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Springfield House to friends and colleagues.

A group of 5 of us stayed for one night as we were attending Crufts at the NEC. Our host was welcoming and accommodating as we arrived, recommending where to go to eat that evening. We were all shown to our rooms (3 in total), all of which were clean and comfy and given a preorder sheet to fill in for breakfast the next morning for a time that suited us. The beds were comfy and we all got a great night sleep before our next busy day. When we came down for breakfast our tea and cereal was already set out on the table and there wasn’t a long wait for the hot food. All of our plates went back empty and it set us up well for the rest of our day. We would definitely recommend staying here if visiting the NEC or nearby. Our car was safely off the road for the evening and it was a good distance from the NEC.

Lovely private room. Very clean and cozy. Huge bathroom with shower and bath. Hosts were very accommodating and organized for me to have a take-away breakfast because I had to leave very early.

Well what a find, this is a lovely place to stay, James was absolutely brilliant and the communication was second to none, The breakfast cooked by Hanzel excellent and the stay was lovely being clean, tidy and very comfortable. Upon arrival we were welcomed and shown to our room. From that point the hotel and owners did not disappoint. Room 2 was on the 2nd floor facing the street. The room was clean, warm and cosy. Thank you.

Met all expectations , great breakfast well cooked and the full English was not greasy. Room warm, clean, comfortable. Parking was off road on site. Location was perfect for NEC. James was extremely helpful and obliging. Interior decorating was excellent -lots of thought had gone into making the place stylish

Fabulous property, sympathetically modernized and tastefully decorated. James welcomed us on arrival and check in was easy. Loved that we had a quiet attic room and although the bed was only a double it was very comfortable. Everything was spotlessly clean, the bathroom was particularly pristine. Great shower - the water was hot and the pressure was really good. Hansel cooked a wonderful full English in the morning. The location is away from the NEC but only a short commute to there (or the airport).
