Found the couple that run the hotel to be warm and welcoming. The hotel is very family friendly. The hotel is close to all the major attractions of Blackpool
The hotel owners were nice, and the breakfast was good.
The room was too small for us as we has two children. The shower was very poor and we didn't like the fact that we had to ask for replenishments.
Very comfortable short stay and it felt like home from home. Nice socialable landlady. Will stay there again in the near future. It is situated on a quieter street but near enough to the main shopping area and Blackpool Tower.
the couple who own this hotel are fantastic people
Great staff - the owners are very accommodating and friendly. The hotel has a car park opposite (pay). The hotel offers all the facilities you would expect.
The room was very small, but that was expected at the price. The decor was very outdated. There was very little storage / hanging space.
The location The breakfast (paid extra) was lovely Helpful owners Nice warm room (stayed in December) Plenty of storage Clean
Two beds being pushed together being called a kingsize. The shower wasn't at all powerful. Small/cramped room and shower room. No dressing table to do makeup
We stayed at Springfield for 3 nights. We got a warm welcome when we arrived, had a drink at the bar and Natasha the proprietor was very friendly and gave us plenty information of places to go. The hotel is perfectly situated for shops, night life, restaurants and entertainment. Our room was homely and comfortable, with everything you would need we were also able to adjust the heating to suit. We met Jay (proprietor) on arriving back from night out and again was welcomed into bar for a night cap. Both Natasha and Jay could not do enough to make sure our stay was an enjoyable experience. We would definitely stay here again
Room was clean and comfortable, but very small. Breakfast was good.
The reason that we booked this hotel was because the hotel offered parking. We were very disappointed on arrival to find that there were only two spaces for the whole hotel which were both taken. We therefore had to park in the pay and display car park opposite, which was extra unexpected expense. We were also on the top floor, so there were lots of stairs which was difficult for my husband.
Owners were friendly and accommodating
Very limited parking, stair carpets dirty, whole place strong smell of air freshener trying to cover stale smell
The location was good , close to all attractions and shops ..
The bed was so un comfy and the pillows ,
Excellent location. Staff lovely..
No parking space..and the room was too small but that was our choice to book a small double room...our mistake
Staff were very helpful & friendly
No wi-fi connection in our room
This is great Hotel. Its in a ideal area. The owners are fantastic, really look after you. Wouldnt stop any where else in Blackpool. Thanks for great time.
As a family we liked the whole experience we were made to feel welcome and my children got on really well with the owners little gurl. I would highly recomend this accomodation to anyone
This was a very friendly place, and nothing was too much for the owners...... No complaints whatsoever, highly recommended !!
Location and warm and friendly landlady. Breakfast choices.
We thought parking was included but this was pay and display across road. We could hear noises from room next door
The really warm welcome, stayed and chatted with us in the bar, which had a great choice of real ales in bottles, the breakfast was really nicely cooked, no grease on plate, and plenty of it,nothing too much trouble. Highly recommend to anyone wanting a really nice place to stay.
Nothing not to like, except couldn't stop the time going forward.
Good hosts Nice room Good breakfast Excellent Location Good price Parking made available Cute dog
Warm comfy room, excellent, tasty breakfast and very friendly and helpful owner
The springfeild is right in the centre near all the amenities but in a nice quiet street and in walking distance to all shops shows and cafes also near the Tower we would highly recommend this hotel
The only problem we found that there is no free parking but on the plus side there is a car park over the road where it worked out at £12 For 92hrs which what we used
I stayed overnight on the 29th of oct with my 6yr old son to show him the illuminations. Natasha & Jay were really welcoming & accommodating letting us drop our bags off early before going into blackpool & having our room ready. The bedroom was lovely, clean & co-ordinated. The beds & pillows very comfy & the breakfast the next day was gorgeous. I would definitely stay again & would recommend to others. Thankyou Natasha & Jay
Nothing not to like
Highly recommend for its location, staff , cleanliness, food ... Family run business which couldn't do enough
It was very cheap and the staff were were really nice and helpfull
Rooms were abit small but I suppose you get what you pay for
Lovely and clean, our room smelt freshly cleaned as we arrived. The bedding and towels were clean and fresh and the bathroom was spotless (always the things I check!) The staff were lovely. The breakfast was lovely. If you want a homely b and b that is good value for money, then here is the place! We will definitely stay again.
