Close proximity to Paddington St, affordable prices for London standards Cleaniness of room could be improved significantly, no help with luggage-had to walk up 4 stairs |

Location- close main tourist's atractions. Breakfast was quite good. The furniture in the room was old, the bed wasn't really comfortable and noise during the night coming from some other room. |

Friendly staff, great position, value for money, decent breakfast, quiet. Beds ridiculously uncomfortable, springs poking through the top of the mattress, bedspreads very old and worn out, lots of holes. Would not recommend if you're a fussy sleeper. |

The room was filthy and the toilet did not flush more than once/twice a day! This was due to old pipes when I asked about it... Can't recommend. |

Convenient to stations, near restaurants and park. Reasonable priced accommodation for London. We had to carry a heavy suitcase up 5 floors to attic room. Room was rather noisy at night from traffic. |

The staff is very friendly. The location is convenient. The breakfast is good. To visit London, accommodation is a heavy burden. It is the market force, not the fault of this hotel. |

the breakfast was ok and the staff were pleasant. The room was an ok size but the bathroom was ridiculously small and far from clean. the toilet looked as though it had not been cleaned in along time and my husband had to clean the seat before using it. |

I didn´t like that you are charged the total amount of the money of your booking before of your arrival to the hotel; afterwards you have to pay the total amount of money again when you do the check out and... now... it´s three days ago when i was hosted in the hotel and... my booking money is not back yet in my account. |

Very good location. 3 min. walk from Paddington station. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy to find. The room in the basement (1A) is wet. the carpet is wet, don't leave any clothes on the floor, they will get wet. The smell is like a wet dog. Continental breakfast is 1½ toasted slice of bread with butter, jam, juice and coffe... |

Very well positioned hotel, close to Paddington Station and all amenities. Very clean and very good value for money. There was a 5% charge for using a credit card which should have been communicated whilst booking. There was a miniscule sheet of paper hidden on the wall in reception informing guests of this charge. |

The staff was wonderful. The front desk in particular could not have been more helpful. He deserved a better product to showcase. The location was excellent. The ability to leave luggage on the final day and pick it up later was particularly welcome. The noise from the road was extremely loud, despite it being set back in a terrace. I needed ear plugs to be able to sleep - double glazing to replace those old sash windows would be very welcome! The sink and shower were blocked to overflowing very quickly. If that was a double room, I would hate to have seen a single! |

Close to Padington tube station. Staff were helpful. Room was decent. Price is good for such a location. there's 5% extra charge on all credit card transactions. Not the best towels in the world. |
