Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast good, wish we'd tried the restaurant the night before.

The service of the hotel was fine. The lady serving the breakfast was very nice and guest friendly. :)

Well, everything went on fine until I checked out but the courtesy dramatically changed once I checked out. I asked them to call a Taxi for me and one of the girls told me that they are bit busy so will call in few minutes. They didn't call a taxi for me and had to ask again after waiting 20 minutes. It was not professionalism! :(

Good location, comfortable room, good food.

I booked an alarm call every day but it was day four before I actually received one. I also asked for an extra duvet and didn't get it
