Just out of Canterbury and tucked down a pretty country lane, everything about this place is good. Hosts are very friendly and welcoming, good sized room, comfortable bed, good wifi reception, and wonderful breakfast cooked to perfection.

Kaye and Ian proved an excellent place to stay. They enjoy having people to stay and make sure that everything is very comfortable. Our room was very comfortable, a superb bed for a great night's sleep and the service the room daily. Breakfasts are delicious and include fresh fruit salad! There is a very good range of food to choose from and it is perfectly cooked. They both enjoy having a chat and provide good advice on local places to eat. We would love to stay there again.

    All the excellents.

The washbasin was a bit small underneath the glass shelf. Excellent value for a couple, but no discount for a single.

Our host were wonderful people who made sure that our stay would be a pleasant one. We felt very comfortable with them and I really could not fault them or their hospitality. The house itself had only two rooms which we preferred as we wanted peace and quiet during our stay. Our room was spacious and in an immaculate condition which shows that they had spent a lot of money to make the place worth staying in. I would certainly recommend their B&B. They had some lovely pubs a short drive away which they recommended to us and we were glad to take their advice as it proved to be a pleasant experience for us.

I have nothing negative to say about our stay at the Springfields B&B. I notice that some reviewers were knit-picking at petty things but we genuinely could not fault them.

Lovely people, very accommodating. I didn't expect a turn down service during the day, a nice surprise, which was in keeping with the high standard of cleanliness throughout the room and en-suite. Everything done very well - no bells and whistles, or airs and graces, required.

Springfields is in a lovely village location, whilst being close enough to the city. Ian and Kaye were welcoming, polite and friendly. The room was decorated well and was extremely clean, it also had a beautiful view overlooking the garden. We both enjoyed the breakfast and the atmosphere of the breakfast room. We would definitely stay again and would recommend it to others. Thank you for a brilliant stay!

Neither of us have anything negative to say. This is a B and B to be proud of!
