Springfields  

Haven't stayed in a B&B for years so my expectations were low. Springfields completely wowed me.

Could have done with a few instructions on how things worked.

no one in reception on arrival. could have done with more drawer space. beds are a little too firm for me.

We were happy with the staff, who reminded us that breakfast was to close. We were told that if we came down within 5 mins. we could still eat. We were very grateful after being up for over 24 hrs travelling from Jamaica!! Thank you all. Heather & Tony.

Lovely spacious room very stylish and comfortable. King size bed with crisp white bed linen. Very clean. Staff extremely helpful. We would definitlely go back again.

A bit noisy at times from surrounding buildings, also maybe provide veggie sausages for breakfast.

Building work next door - glad we stayed on a week-end. Very hot in room as outside temp. Was over 30 and fan wasnt effective. Not sufficient safety in bathroom for a mature couple,not enough hand holds and bath was slippery to use. No lift and no help to take luggage to room. Dining room very small for number of guests.

It's a good b&b, but four stars are definitely too much!!

It was central, very clean and perfect for our use as we were going to a wedding nearby and having a few days R&R at the same time. Extremely close to a large variety of shops in Horsham and close to other venues. Staff were extemely helpful, room had ample plugs and a cool fan which we found we were in need of as the weather was very warm. Full English breakfas with any combination. Lovely feather douvet our only concern was that the mattress and pillows were too hard for our liking.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Small b & b hotel with no extra facilities such as reading/sitting area, but bedrooms were comfy and had tea making, television and a fridge available. Felt hotel was more directed at business people.

Comfortable, modern facilities, friendly helpful staff

The cooked breakfast was excellent. We booked a bigger room and my daughter could stay with us for only an extra £10 a night, good value. The location is very convenient for Horsham, yet is surprisingly quiet.

The front desk is only manned intemittently but when we called from the front door it only took a few minutes to get in. The temporary bed provided for my daughter wasn't very comfortable. The car park is small with access is via a very narrow entry.

The room was modern and a good size, had most toiletries that you would need (hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel and body lotion). Breakfast was served quite quickly and they catered well for our needs (we do not eat pork)

The bed and pillows were quite hard so did not get a good night's sleep. The room was cold overnight, no heating was on (radiator dial was fixed so unable to override it if you wanted to) and the heater that was in the room only seemed to blow cold air. Also when we got back around 9pm an alarm was going off in reception (which is unmanned after 7pm) and it took several attempts to get through to the owner. After around an hour the alarm was switched off. Felt that for this kind of money the bed should have been more comfortable

Very large room. Bed very large and comfortable. Hotel is central so close to many pubs and restaurants. The breakfast was lovely - freshly cooked to order and very tasty. The room key also unlocks the back door to the hotel.

The central heating is very efficient and so the room was rather hot, but the radiators have their own thermostatic valves so the guests can make adjustments for their own comfort. The price was a touch on the high side, I thought.
