good food in the restaurant...although there was a mix up with our starters with another table. the staff dealt with the mix up well.

the lounge area was very dark and a bit dingy and needed updating.

Cleanliness of the room. Lovely view out of the window/balcony onto lake and lawns. Excellent breakfast taken in dining room overlooking the lake.

Wiring a bit haphazard in room.

The staff are so friendly and the room and food are excellent, we were travelling to Wales and this was half way to where we were going so a nice relax before continuing the next day.

The staff were friendly and the rooms were really big. They assisted us a lot with our young son in helping to sterlise his bottles.

Very nice room with terrace and good beds.

The lounge could use a few extra lights to read with.

The welcome at The Springs is always fantastic - friendly and efficent. We were staying as a surprise treat for my other half before going west into Wales. We took advantage of the curry evening at Bar 19 in the golf clubhouse which was delicious and filling. The full English really put us on until late in the afternoon too. There were a few minor maintenance issues that I passed onto the hotel reception on leaving which were taken in the spirit in which they were made. All in all all a very nice stay indeed and a fabulous start to the holiday. We will definitely be returning.

A "cook to order" breakfast is essential. I wanted poached eggs, nothing else.

The location is wonderful, just right after a hard day.

Wifi wasnt working / TV in room wasnt working so had to switch rooms. Service in bar area and restaurant was horrendous. 1hour 45 mins for drinka and a main course! Dessert was that late I asked them to deliver it to my room!! No hot water and man walked unannounced into my room! Luckily i was dressed! No butter or chutney on cheese board! printer wasnt working on reception when checking out so couldnt give a vat receipt! Messed my bill up so I underpaid, then had the cheek to call me and ask for remaining bil!! They are lucky I paid at all!!

Staff very welcoming We arrived very early and were offered cooffee while the room was being prepared. We had room service and that was delivered hot and quickly

Nothing bad, a gym and an indoor pool would have been good, but for the money it was excellent value

Het betreft een keurig hotel, grenzend aan een golfcourse. Sommige zaken doen enigszins gedateerd aan, maar aan feedback wordt goed gehoor gegeven.

Ontbijt en diner krijgt van ons een magere 6 en na de eerste avond hebben we ervoor gekozen elders het avondeten te nuttigen.
