Very good location due to it being near a railway station and Gatwick airport (although you can't hear the planes). Very good value, friendly and comfortable. Will definitely use again next time I fly from Gatwick.

The staff were very professional, flexible, and accomodating. A pleasure to deal with. We stayed in the attic room: my wife, 10 year old son, and I. It was clean, comfortable and perfect for a short stay for the three of us. As it was the attic room it was a long way upstairs with heavy bags, but the parking service for Gatwick, was ultra convenient. Would definitely stay there again if travelling from Gatwick. Super helpful staff and service. Good value for money too!

convenience of getting to gatwick in the morning, friendly chatty host and a room for all five of us. Also we got there after midnight and the host stayed up to show us to our room. very kind Would have liked a cooked breakfast but every thing else was fine

Nice hotel, quite close to the Gatwick Airport. Friendly staff, confortable rooms and some nice restaurants in walking distance, in the cute village. There is a not expensive transfer to the airport. There was some noise in the hallway early morning. Rooms aren't big. But a nice hotel for a fast conexion in Gatwick.

Had previously stayed at Springwood under previous owners. Since our last visit, the rooms have been improved dramatically with en- suite/tea/coffe making facilities etc. Really comfortable room and beds, handy for the airport and value for money. Early morning transfer took place as requested and car keys easily collected on our return late at night. Will certainly use Springwood again if we take an early morning flight from Gatwick.

I was staying for a overnite to catch a early flight out of Gatwick. I am a female and was concerned how safe and secure I would feel. I was so impressed at the warm and friendly atitude of the owner. I was quickly picked up at the airport and she had made an appointment for a cab to pick me up at the Inn early the next morning. The light breakfast was so nice so early in the morning! The room was very clean and had all the comforts of home! The bed and pillows were crisp clean and very comfy! I am a experienced traveler and would highly reccommend Springwood!

Springwood Guest House was ideal and exceptionally good value for overnight stays for Gatwick Airport flights. The staff and owners were very welcoming, exceedingly helpful and efficient. The place was very clean, comfortable, well equipped bedroom with ensuite shower wc etc and the continental breakfast was all that you could want. It was a cheap taxi ride from the airport and the owners gave us lifts to the airport/station. I have recommended it to friends and would recommend it to everyone. It is exceptionally good value.

Close to airport, just 5 mins by cab, ideal for early flights, as ours was. Very nice art deco touches in lampshades, door handles etc. Useful arrangement to leave car parked at the house whilst away, for a reasonable small sum, with key safe to access car key out of hours. Our room had quite a strong smell of cleaning chemicals when we arrived, but we stopped noticing it after a short while.

The fact that it had a room near Gatwick airport that could reasonably and affordably accommodate my family of 5. The room was well appointed and the breakfast was good value. I did not like the fact that they took a deposit from me without asking my permission. We satyed there twice and when we booked the second time they automatically debited my card without my permission

free transfer service to gatwick airport was really perfect; nice atmosphere and hospitality of owners as well as staff; closeness to horley trainstation was great (only approx. 40minutes to london bridge); in short: the house is more than worth its value the variety of cereals was nice but some bread would have been nice (only croissants were served - but I guess thats standard)
