We were warmly welcomed and enjoyed the very kind and friendly atmosphere. We highly appreciated the shuttle service to Gatwick airport and the possibility to leave our own car on the guest house parking. Our room was cosy and comfortable. |

The staff were pleasant - the main hotel looked extremely comfortable but!! The annexe where I was given a single ensuite was difficult to access - stone steps with no handrail up and also poorly lit. The room was adequate but a little shabby - the window blinds were broken on several slats. |

I stayed at Springwood for 3 nights due to taking exam in the local area. Recieved an upgrade to a double room, which was 100%. Free wireless internet, lovely breakfast. Lift to exam center every day, Thanks for a very enjoyable stay. |

My flight was cancelled and I can#t speak too highly of the help and support I received from the management of Springwood. They made a crisis into a situation that was bearable abd I was so very impressed. |
