within 10 mins of booking the owner rang me to check if i had any special requests. He gave me instructions of how to get to the hotel which i found both helpful and thoughtful.Also booked the taxi for us to go to the airport the following morning.Although we left early in the morning there was a good selection of breakfast for us to help ourselves to. |

the owner was very helpful and friendly and even took me to the airport in her own car when the transfer was unavailable. Ample continental breakfast, big choice. Perfect for airport stopover. check out was a bit early.....10am. although i was allowed to stay in hotel lounge during the day. |

despite a very late (or rather early) arrival,(3.55am), our keys were easy to find as instructed. our room was not made up on the first day so we had no tea facility on the 2nd morning which was a shame as we were far too tired to make the hour slot for breakfast. |

We were warmly welcomed and enjoyed the very kind and friendly atmosphere. We highly appreciated the shuttle service to Gatwick airport and the possibility to leave our own car on the guest house parking. Our room was cosy and comfortable. |
