We got a free up grade and we were able to check in earlier .

The staff werent very helpful and out penthouse needed a lick of paint, and was dusty in places.

Stayed in Room 5 which is a superior king deluxe, bathroom was excellent individual shower, roll top stand alone bath with sea view from both the bathroom and the bedroom. Bedroom was very spacious with a set of chairs and a table situated by the window which again had a sea view The continental breakfast was superb, good selection of fruit yoghurts bread, muffins, crumpets, fruit bread.

Parking in the area was expensive

Had a wonderful stay, room was really cool, modern and spacious. Staff were very friendly and eager to help us with whatever we needed. Had a brilliant time and would go back again.

The Square is a very nice boutique hotel with excellent design throughout and an emphasis on detail. Stayed in a deluxe king room which is highly recommended. Breakfast is well presented and high quality.

Lots of thought had clearly gone into everything. Room was stylish and comfortable, staff extremely friendly and helpful and breakfast was great. Great location too.

Friendly staff and a good hotel in a quieter part of Brighton. Stairs could be an issue if elderly. Would highly recommend. Giles

Boutique hotel, excellent location just off front with sea views from room (Rm2) less than five minutes walk to Pier & Lanes. Room is palatial split between bedroom & large bathroom, which all-in-all suitable impressed partner. Stylish room, comfortable bed and enormous bath all made for a great stay over.

Nice hotel comfortbel and good lcation

Good location, excellent continental breakfast (lots of fresh fruit etc), helpful friendly receptionist, a bar (which we didn't use but could be useful).

Well-designed room, but the one we had was rather cramped, with a small double bed. A bit overheated & unable to open windows. If we stay again, we'll ask for a king-sized bedroom.

The welcome was fantastic and the lack of choice at breakfast was more than made up by the presentation of the food and the attitude of the staff. For Brighton at weekend the hotel was very quiet.

There was no proper, comfortable sitting room so that being in the hotel meant only sitting in the bedroom. The bathroom was poor and the door didn't shut. There was no real privacy in the toilet. The room was an attic room with a window to a fire escape. It is difficult to imagine senior people getting through the window in an emergency.
