Good breakfast and location of hotel.

Hardly any space in bedroom or en-suite toilet, poor quality bedside lamps carpet and lino in toilet was filthy, all in all a good re-vamp wouldnt go amiss in this rather tired looking hotel.

Very outdated decor. Staff certainly friendly, but building not too welcoming. Would not return (even though good value).

Really loved the position of this B&B as it's both close to the Pleasure beach and Tower too. The seaside and trams stops are across the road. Also its very quiet at night with no hen or stag guests. Family room 9 both clean, comfortable and with windows on two walls so bright and sunny with the advantage of leaving them open for a cooling air flow.Hot water shower at all times plus more than enough tea, milk and coffee at any time. Quiet and cosy bar was nice to visit as a family too. Breakfasts were lovely and friendly occasions too.Have booked to return around Halloween for Vampire Pleasure beach family outing..Beautiful, clean, homely little gem of a Hotel and the family who own and ran it were magnificent hosts to all who stayed there!!

Leaving...the journey home...making my own breakfast the next morning :-D
