Relatively close to the airport and ok for a short stay. Breakfast was excellent!
The headboard hit the wall every time I moved in bad and I'm sure my nieghbours weren't too happy. Also I'm a BIG guy and a 60cm shower is useless :/ makes for some very creative showering :))
Clean and comfortable friendly hotel
Very close to Newton On Ayr railway station. The owners were very nice and nothing was too much trouble
Cleanliness of room Location for train station Very friendly staff
The owners were very friendly waiting up very late for us because of our late arrival. The location from the airport was excellent and very close. Good breakfast.
The couple running the hotel were very nice
The room had a bad odor. It was dark. There were people outside our window at midnight cussing. We killed several spiders in the room
convenient, comfortable and very good value
Close to Railway station and Airport
Room was fine and nice and I don't know what people complain about. wifi was connected and breakfast was nicely cooked. Would stay again but Newton Station is not always open but there is a bus stop to take you along the coast just outside the hotel - much more convenient.
Everything, including the bar.
The staff were very friendly and despite expectation it was quiet.
The carpets could do with a good clean. The room was cold. The wifi didn't reach the bedrooms
Very friendly staff. Excellent value for money
The location and the friendly, helpfully staff.
TV would only work on radio in my room.
room was clean and comfortable, had a good nights sleep.
Very small breakfast and no options as to how bacon or egg was cooked, 3 slice of toast between 2 people. bar prices were steep
excellent location, very friendly staff, food was excellent, I would use again if I am in the area again, would recommend to friends and family, great stay, thanks.
Could not fault hotel we got everything we asked for. Keep up the good work,
Cos we came with a old dog.there was no were to walk it close by.but the stay more than made up for that.and we would come back.
We loved everything about the place. Service was brilliant.

The owner and staff were very nice, bedding and towels were spotless and its in a great location
i booked a doudle room and it was two single beds pushed together
Small friendly family hotel. Good food -bar menu and breakfast excellent, comfortable lounge bar and other bar also. Good parking, quiet location but on main road. convenient for travel from ferry and airport. Would definitely stay here again.
The owners are lovely. The food & wine were excellent value for money. The bus stop outside the hotel is so convenient as was the few extra steps to get to the train station.
Wasn't anything I didn't like whatsoever.
very nice hotel, very nice owners
Friendly welcoming staff. Home from home.
Staff were very friendly and accommodating.
Everything was fine and very good value for money.
Room was cold, although there was central heating in rooms the radiators kept going off and I was forced to sit with my cost on. The bathroom wall had mould coming through the paper and a pile of dirt under the radiator
