Traffic noise Breakfast only served until 0900 No lift
I only stayed for one night to see my daughter into university but found the staff couteous and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was good and everywhere very clean. I would stay again.
Bathroom very small. It is not as good as other 4 stars I have stayed in but still good value for money.
Very modern and attractively decorated room / bathroom Tea and coffee facilities in room Very good quality breakfast Faultlessly clean Better than many hotels costing twice the price
Room was very small but very well laid out
Single room with new bathroom facilities. Very clean hotel, bedroom and bathroom. Nice friendly staff and a great breakfast!
Single room is very small, fortunately I was only there one night.
The hotel was much nicer than the impression given by the photos. Very good all round. Spacious. Ample car parking which they kindly allowed us to use after check out for the duration of the university's open day. Would use again to visit should my son decide on Exeter Uni.
Top room a bit warm for comfort on a warm September night & a little noisy with the traffic at the front with the window open
location cleanliness room apart from lack of net curtains & road noise
room at front of hotel facing busy road with a bay window with no net curtains road noise
This hotel is excellent food very good clean and location is close to all Exeter attractions would highly recommended it.
Accessibility to main roads
A little far to walk into city centre - but quite manageable.
Comfortable room. Good breakfast.
Location Very clean
Everything was ok. Nice room, good food
no evening meal and loud traffic noise
the rooms are really small, and the bed is also small, even by British standards. it was hard to fit our luggage into the room. everything would be undstandable for a two/the star hotel, but a four star hotel is really different from this one!!!
Responsiveness of hotel for a ground-floor room. Good breakfast. Pleasant staff. Nearness to city centre. Free parking
Single room was a bit too tight and pokey.
Friendly staff, good food and a place to store my bike
Good access with car from road, good wifi, could change room
Very noisy as very close to busy road, very basic small room and facilities.
5 minute walk to Quay with lovely original shops and bars. From there walk into city centre. We had room at back but think rooms at front probably noisey as on main road. Also opposite Aldi so was able to stock up for onward journey to Cornwall. Lovely breakfast and staff all very helpful and polite. Recommended.
As only one night didn't find any negatives.
pleasant young girl receptionist
Very small room, very hot but main road noise if we opened the window.Smallest wardrobe I have seen in my life.Space between the beds/walls is ridiculous.
Location, cleanliness ,staff decor
