Location, comfort, clean
Loved the room we were in, 3 beds, great size. Liked the location and good to see a different part of Exeter (the Quay)breakfast was yummy! All in all great value for money
The only thing was the bathroom, a little out of date but with the price it was not an issue and would happily come back!
Very small and small tv
Location, comfort and free WiFi.
Room was a bit small and shower was compact. But a good base for 1 night.
Ability to walk into city centre. Plenty of parking available. An excellent breakfast.
There was nothing to dislike.

Room 9 was overheated even with radiator turned off and window open.

Location Cleanliness of hotel Very polite staff Great breakfast Size of bedroom
The breakfast and the shower
Didn't know before arriving that they did not do evening meals.
High spec finish Good location Parking available
Nothing to dislike
The lovely lounge to read the free papers in, the cleanliness of the bedding and the hotel as a whole and the bright and well decorated common parts.
We had a cloakroom basin in our twin bedded room with a glass shelf above which meant we had great difficulty washing and cleaning our teeth.
Free parking, very clean.
Staff were excellent, helpful and always had a smile. Great breakfast. Easy to park, (an issue in Exeter).
Room 12 has a pitched ceiling, not great if you're 6ft +
staff were friendly and helpful, hotel very clean ,breakfast was excellent and ample parking
can't critasise hotel at all
Friendly staff, lovely breakfast, clean hotel and comfortable bed.
Dated decor and bedding. Shower was terrible.
The fact the room was more of a bedsit it was small. Said we had an onsuite yet just a toilet and shower no bath. We had to be out by next morning at 11 was a joke. Safe to say not worth the almost £80 it cost for one night!
Location - ease of getting in and out from the A30 with plenty of evening meal choices in walking distance. Super friendly service, a special mention for all of the breakfast staff - service both quick and polite.
No faults found - too many positives.
Love the hot chocolate drink on drinks tray, a warm, relaxing end to the day.
would have like mushrooms with cooked breakfast.
The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and warm.
Not a lot of space in room to move around.
Just like the first visit the hotel was clean comfy and the staff were polite. Breakfast was very good. Ideal for a city visit , and we will return again
The shower head could do with replacing in room 3 . Everything else was great
