Good hospitality and very good hosts

It was a perfect stay in the Guesthouse. Jane and Geoff are very nice and friendly. My 5 years daughter become fan of her and even now keep asking us when will we go and meet Jane :) We didn't find like living in any hotel, but we thoroughly enjoy our stay as if we are living in our own house. I will definitely plan to go to Blackpool and will definitely stay in this Guesthouse only.

I didn't find anything which we can single out in our stay in St. Andrew's Guesthouse.

Geoff & Jane are great host,friendly.Nothing was too much trouble.

The decor is so dated and the breakfast is limited. No museli, fresh fruit,not even brown bread!

Geoff and Jane were very friendly. The guest house was close to the town centre and all the attractions.

The family room was very compact

well i went with my wife and my granddaughter and we all enjoyed our stay at st. andrews, i certainly would go back to stay just to have a friendly chat to the owners, very very enjoyable.

Family bedroom room 9 Shower not adequate as the water just trickles out. Also the mattress was off very poor quality

Too far away from the centre of things

Jane and Geoff were friendly, loved how they made our children feel welcome :) nothing was to much trouble. Always had a welcoming smile and always spoke. If you want a family friendly hotel this is definitely the place to go. Just the right location, easy to get to tower, promenade, shops etc. we are looking to come back already :0)

When we stayed st Andrews guesthouse, I like when we arrived we were greeted at the door with a friendly smile from geoff, he ask how was our drive down, a very friendly man, Geoff help me with my bags up the stairs, when we went out for the day and when we arrived back Jane and Geoff ask us if we had a good day, they made us feel welcome, the rooms were clean, breakfast was soooo good, a good start on a empty tummy thanks Jane, my girls didn't complain about nothing and they enjoy there stay, once again thanks Jane Geoff for making our few days enjoyable,

Everything was ok, so there nothing wrong to say about st Andrews guesthouse its all good

The guest house was in an ideal location being not far from Blackpool Tower but very quiet in the evening. We were made so welcome by Jane and Geoff who made our stay very comfortable and homely especially for our ten year old daughter. The food was excellent and we were pleased with everything.

We would like to thank Jane and Geoff for a fab stay at St Andrews guesthouse! They made us feel more than welcome and accommodated every need! Breakfast was outstanding! The stay was like home form home perfect us and our children who have made it quite clear our next holiday in Blackpool we have to go back to stay with Jane and Geoff again!

The space you had to walk around,even with other people in the room,the bathroom was a lovely size for everyone. The food was good and could have what we wanted. We could come and go when we wanted and the couple who owned it was very pleasant to us. Would go back again.

Besitzer waren sehr, sehr nett, hilfbereit und sehr freundlich. Es war ein Hotel, wo man sich wohl fühlt. Zimmer gross, sauber, Frühstück ganz viel und gut. Gerne wieder TIna

Accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires Jane & Geoff. Situation proche du front de mer, accessible à pied en 10 minutes.

Chambre 4 donnant sur la rue mal insonorisée, préferer une chambre donnant sur l'arrière de la maison.

its very oldie worldie,needs decorating,small tv;s.ours made a buzzing noice.Could here people talking in next room,dont pull flush if having a shower.One stair step very dangerous.
