Friendly and helpful staff at reception and at breakfast. Comfortable single room, quiet despite hotel being busy. Good breakfast in very nice spacious and stylish dining room.
Wifi signal kept cutting out.
Beautiful, clean hotel, with large rooms and nice staff.
A little difficult to find. SatNav couldn't find it.
The location of this hotel is fantastic as Droitwich Spa is a gem.
Beds extremely uncomfortable, service in restaurant terrible and very un organised when you point out problems no on there to rectify anything.
Beautiful food. Professional and friendly staff.
I could hear a guest in room above me snoring all night!
Staff were efficient and friendly. Food was excellent. An enjoyable weekend, will stay at St Andrews Town Hotel again.
Staff were fabulous and extremely helpful. Hotel was lovely and had an excellent breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. would stay again
Nothing we didn't like.
Staff were helpful and friendly, though rather overworked during dinner. Bed was comfortable as was room.
Niggles only... we found room a bit cramped and too hot. We had a bit of difficulty finding it!. But would observe, if there had been a wedding that night, this would have affected enjoyment of the hotel as difficult to get away from noise and understand dining room closes.
Size of room, decor. Setting of hotel, set back from road so fairly quiet.
Disinterest of staff at check-in and out. Could not sleep as noise from next room was impossible to ignore. Walls are paper thin. Very basic room facilities. Lack of service at breakfast, had to find a waitress after a long wait. Waitress eventually arrived, no greeting, very abrupt. We had to scavenge a jug of milk and butter from another table as none was brought to us. Staff very slow to replenish buffet table.
The location Very attractive building and grounds Pleasant room. Good service Very reasonable price
Good location Lovely food Friendly Staff
Paper thin walls making it very noisy
Room was very clean staff were very polite breakfast was spot on my new wife loved the fact there was a bath as she prefurs overall very pleased
Everything was excellent for our needs,we were there for a wedding the location was great for us,ten minute walk to the church. Lunch, and breakfast were very nice. We will definitely book here again.
Breakfast. Comfortable room. Helpful staff.
Very clean. Beautifully decorated. Room and tables for the function we were attending looked lovely.
Lack of staff at both function in the evening and more so at breakfast. Buffet breakfast was awful. There were no management available to deal with complaints. I have written to the hotel but have not received a reply!
Room was comfortable with openable windows. Plenty of parking. Good food.
The location is great, all shops and restaurants walkable, lovely tea rooms opposite.
Although rooms are being renovated I still think things like shelves in the bathroom and in the showers would be helpful. Better system when checking in, with staff that are trained to deal with any situation.
Friendly staff and decent wifi
It was impossible to open the window in my room and after showering in the morning I discovered that there were no towels
Good room, good nights sleep and hearty breakfast.
Lack of daily paper option.
The decor of the hotel is wonderful, as was dinner in the restaurant.
Sadly there were not enough staff to cover a Sunday evening before a bank holiday.
The style, wooded parking area and location.
Sound proofing very poor. We were on the ground floor and we could hear the conversation as well as the tv of the guests above. They weren't particularly noisy the sound carried through as though we were sharing.
Staff very welcoming and so helpful. Excellent wedding venue. 3 course meal delicious and hot. A big thank you.
The house was lovely as were the staff. We only stayed for one night and were not intending to eat here, but the menu looked good, so we booked for dinner. It was great food and good value for money. We had been planning to stay at a well known 'purple' inn in Worcester city and eat at a pizza chain, we were so glad we didn't.
The mattress could have been better, we could feel the springs. If we had stayed for more than one night, I would have had to say something.
Friendly & helpful staff, especially Becky. Location - easy walk into town. Lots of parking within the hotel grounds. Excellent food - good quality products that were well presented.
