Friendly staff and decent wifi
It was impossible to open the window in my room and after showering in the morning I discovered that there were no towels
Good room, good nights sleep and hearty breakfast.
Lack of daily paper option.
The decor of the hotel is wonderful, as was dinner in the restaurant.
Sadly there were not enough staff to cover a Sunday evening before a bank holiday.
The style, wooded parking area and location.
Sound proofing very poor. We were on the ground floor and we could hear the conversation as well as the tv of the guests above. They weren't particularly noisy the sound carried through as though we were sharing.
Staff very welcoming and so helpful. Excellent wedding venue. 3 course meal delicious and hot. A big thank you.
The house was lovely as were the staff. We only stayed for one night and were not intending to eat here, but the menu looked good, so we booked for dinner. It was great food and good value for money. We had been planning to stay at a well known 'purple' inn in Worcester city and eat at a pizza chain, we were so glad we didn't.
The mattress could have been better, we could feel the springs. If we had stayed for more than one night, I would have had to say something.
Friendly & helpful staff, especially Becky. Location - easy walk into town. Lots of parking within the hotel grounds. Excellent food - good quality products that were well presented.
Noise from room above
The staffs are very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was nice.
Staff were very helpful. The restaurant was very good. The common areas were lovely. The nearby lido was great and I am looking forward to coming back when the brine baths reopen. Nearby countryside is very beautiful
Cleanliness of bathroom
Poor service checking out and lateness of breakfast
Able to book single small room at a very reasonable rate
The loose headboard has not been fixed since last years visit
Friendly staff, good location, spacious car parking, excellent breakfast with plenty of choice, room very clean, good free Wi-fi
Room not that spacious, bed mattress uncomfortable, woken early by bedroom doors slamming
The cooked breakfast
Thick duvet in the summer .
The rooms were very comfortable and clean, although some glasses would have been good in the bathroom
As I got food poisoning from my bar food I ate, I would be very unlikely to stay there again. The receptionist in the morning was very defensive. She then tried to charge me for the food we had eaten the night before even though this had been paid for. Very reluctantly she took my word for it.
Lovely room and top breaky
The welcome and friendliness of the staff. The spacious garden
The cigarette ends on the grass around the tables in the garden
Food - breakfast choices and standard of cooking very good indeed. Rooms - clean, spacious, comfortable beds and pillows
You used to provide a bottle of water as complimentary, this was much appreciated and sadly missing on our last visit. If no longer providing water please provide glasses for customers to use in their room for water.
It was lovely, massive bed room and bed, very clean, spotless ! Gorgeous place !
7:30am Beer delivery right outside our room..lots of shouting and banging. Wasn't to impressed with this.
For me peferct stay outstanding tastefull breakfast
From the first minute we got there we felt welcome the staff could not do enough for us and we will definitely be going back
Stayed at this hotel twice in last month. Beautiful grounds and amazing staff. Really beautiful grounds and the huge tree in the front must be 500 years old!
Unfortunately was not able to sample the breakfast as had to leave before 7.
Very friendly and accommodating staff. Great seating area outside to read the morning papers in the sunshine.
Noise proofing could be better, although it wasn't as bad as it could have been.
The food was excellent and the location near to the M5 really handy. The bed was really comfortable too!
Attention needs to be paid to mould in the grouting of the tiles in the shower. Asked for an alarm call which was offered but never happened because no phone in room!
We loved everything at St Andrews. Even though they were renovating we could not fault the friendly staff ,lovely clean room, comfortable bed and beautiful meals. We stayed a week and loved our time there. would definitely recommend St. Andrews as the place to stay.
