This apartment first needs finishing touches before people can actually stay here. The staff was lovely, but please think twice before booking this place.
The apartment wasn't ready at check in time, even though I called them the week before, and the day off to make sure they would let us in.
At 15:00 there was nobody to let us in. We got in because a person left the building and one of the staff had given us the high tech key code to get into the apartment.
We had to wait for the cleaner who was stuck in traffic to make the beds and to clean and to give us the key of the main door! She showed up after we had left to our conference, 2 or 3 hours late.
We only got 1 towel for 3 days per person, even though I asked for more towels.
The airconditioning didn't work all the time, and there were no windows to open. One day it was 26C when we got back and had to go to sleep in the heat.
The next morning we weren't able to have a hot shower. Only cold water and I couldn't figure out the high tech codes to put the hot water on.
The apartment is lovely, but it's too high tech. There wasn't a book with information and none of the essential comfort things worked. Even the the internet is quite poor and the apartment is a bit unfinished; no handsoap, not enough toilet paper, etc etc...
The space and building is so lovely, but it just needs all the essentials and finishing touches for a comfortable stay.
The apartment is close to Wembley stadium and is surrounded with lots of good shops and places to get a coffee. The apartment is very spacious, high-tech and has a nice, big kitchen.
The staff was very friendly and tried to help us out with all the complaints we had....
