We enjoyed the room which was great. The breakfast was great. The staff were great.
Great value for money, Really nice host, nice room, warm comfortable and clean and the breakfasts we had were of good quality. Could not have asked for more.
Excellent breakfast. Staff very helpful and very obliging. Rooms clean and comfortable
The guys were very friendly with nothing too much bother. They recommended places to visit as well as local pubs & restaurants for our evening meals.
Wonderful warm welcome from Mark. Beautiful spotless room with a lovely 4-poster bed. Excellent perfectly cooked breakfast. Brilliant swimming which we were encouraged to use and I'm so glad I did, it was an exquisite facility. Great communication from hosts throughout. We'll be back.
Warm welcome. Stylish decor. Delicious breakfast. Comfy beds. Faultless service
Great hosts very clean lovely breakfast. Ideal location.would go back anytime
Both my husband and I enjoyed our stay at St Auybns Guest House. We were made to feel very welcome with friendly owners Mark & Steve. Would definately recommend their guest house
Really friendly owners, comfortable rooms and great location, minutes from the seafront.
When rooms were empty the doors were left open so you could have a peak, all looked lovely. Hosts were lovely and very welcoming. Plenty of parking spaces. Local to shops, bars so could leave car. Swimming pool if wanted a dip.
The breakfast was a little on the small side, this is the only criticism. But would still go back.
To be honest, the hotel and facilities were excellent. But even better than that was the friendliness of the owners. Second to none. Well done, boys!
The 2 owners are so friendly and make u feel so welcome. Fab place & yummy breakfast. The pool was lovely too
Good location, great service and a fabulous breakfast.
The attic room was fine but you needed to mind your head! The en-suite toilet/shower was very cramped with risk of damage to cubicle door hitting sink basin.
Lovely and friendly staff .... Beautiful room and nice bathroom
Bed was too soft
Lovely place, lovely people.
Warm welcome, coffee/tea brought up to your room on arrival,
Warm and welcoming Nothing to much trouble Excellent breakfast Clean and bright room
Every detail from the minute you knock the door to the minute you leave is taken care of from fresh tea, coffee and milk in your room to an excellent breakfast without any fuss. Nothing is to much trouble. An outstanding place to stay as a base for our short break. Thank you.
There was nothing we didn't like just wanted to stay longer! Will definitely visit again if only to try out the pool!
Everything, from the warm welcome onwards. Great place
Great house, with quality decor, interesting feel and story behind it. Fantastic service by Mark and Simon. Great location at the top of the strand, with excellent dinner recommendation for Italian. Breakfast was beautiful and prompt.
Staff happy to provide breakfast early.
This was a good base to explore Burnham on Sea on foot. The beach and town were easily accessible. Breakfast was well organised. Start with cereals and toast whilst your full english was being cooked - and this did not take very long. All owners/staff very helpful and informative with friendly advice on directions and where to eat.
