A nice friendly welcome & shown to a very clean, nicely decorated spacious room with everything you needed including a comfy sofa. The breakfast was excellent with a good choice. The indoor pool was an added bonus. Excellent value for money and would recommend St Aubyns to anybody!! The mattress did sink a little in the middle but was ok.

The spotless bedrooms. The friendly staff. The quality of the breakfast. In fact the whole of our short break was made so much better because luckily we booked with St Aubyns. Not one thing.

Friendly, welcoming and rooms are clean and very comfortable. Mark and Steve are great and nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast is very good. Location is great, minutes from the beach and 10 mins to town. Also lots of regular buses. Nothing not to like, would recommend to all travellers/ holiday makers.

Everything about this guest house from start to finish.Mark & Steve have a very pleasant, friendly manor and run a superbly clean guest house.Breakfast at St Aubyns give you a great choice & everything was cooked to perfection for the 3 days we were there it was no bother for the guys to swap my fried egg for poached or scrambled & we felt being as it was Easter the cadbury's creme egg & fluffy tiny chick were a nice touch(Thks). We felt rather overwelmed with room no 2 as there was just the two of us and this room is a family room that had 1dble bed,2 single beds of which one had a pull out bed underneath,so we would have been alright had we fell out( take your pick)the beds are very comfy. The bathroom was of a good size and there was plenty of hot running water and the shower was very powerful.Very nice decor in the room which had been freshly painted & carpeted in this room you can also see the seafront from the window near the bathroom. The room has a wardrobe & set of draws & bedside tables.Rooms are replenished & beds changed everyday.1minute walk from the guest house to the seafront 5 minutes to the main town.Wetherspoons just along the seafront,Hungry horse pub on love lane (5 mins from guest house)and also on love lane The Dunstan inn highly recommend this place food was superb.Good base ground for visiting all other parts of Somerset.St Aubyns does have a carpark at the back & a few spaces at the front for those thinking of going by car.All in all we will definately stop here again when next visiting Burnham-on-sea. Nothing bad about the place.

Our stay at St. Aubyns Guest House was perfect, we stayed for one night only visiting my family, the guest house was very clean, the breakfast excellent,we even bought my christmas present from them as they displayed many lovely items for sale and the Christmas tree and decorations we very tastefully done, certainly a gem of a Bed and Breakfast, we would certainly stay with them again. We then went accross country twenty miles to Chewton Mendips visiting again my family, we also had a fantastic day visiting Wells Cathedral which had a Christmas Market even Santa Claus with real life reindeers came to wish us a Happy Christmas, the children were so excited. Thank you Booking.Com.

This was for an overnight stay, on the way to Lynton in Devon. It was excellent in terms of facilities and the welcome. It was an excellent room as all were! However our room was on the front and proved to be quite noisey from both roads at the side and front. This would have given excellent on all counts if the road was less busy.

We liked the location very much, close to town and the sea....well appointed rooms...beautiful house... For me personally ( the girl)..not having a mirror in the bathroom that you can stand upright and see to do your hair and make-up....that being said since there is no outlet in the bathroom to use my hair appliances quite awkward to use the mirror over the tea tray!!but...my husband had no problem!!!!!!!!

St Aubyns is a great little guest house. It is spotless, very welcoming, convenient location with ample parking. The breakfast was spot on with more than enough choice to suit everybody. The staff who served the breakfast were just helping out but were very friendly and informative about the area. Next time we will ask for a room at the rear of the Guest House as the one we had was in the front and the busy main road was quite noisy at times.

My wife and I both enjoyed our visit to this immaculate guest house immensely. The welcome on arrival, the lovely room with its very comfortable four poster bed, ensuite facilities, and especially the soft black leather two seater settee in the bay window were superb. The breakfast was excellent and my wife said the scrambled egg was the best she had tasted. We would recommend it to anyone.
