Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
Deposit
100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

The formal yet relaxed atmosphere I swam each day in the pool ... mostly on my own. The female lifeguard was very friendly and helpful. But she had her own programme for her personal fitness. So, for example, on one occasion she was skipping with her back to the pool and wearing headphones which prevented her hearing my voice. On another, she was exercising in the gym. My concern is that had I been unwell or in difficulties in the pool she would not have seen or heard anything. |

The service was impeccable and the comfort decor and cleanliness were excellent.The breakfast catered for all tastes and the tea service in the morning and afternoon were an added luxury as was the fruit left in the room. A little disappointed in the evening meal arrangement, I thought the 3/4/5 course menu system could be improved (although I confess I'm not sure how)and some of the courses did not match up to the menu description.I think perhaps the chef was sometimes trying to be too sofisticated. |

The hotel staff were extremely welcoming and very helpful. The room was really well equipped. The location was superb for access to the beach and for access to St Helier. The restaurant would be the only thing I'd like to see change. Although there was nothing wrong with it as such, the style of service did not fit the hotel because it was very old fashioned in its approach. |

Lokatie is heel goed, een mooie tuin met zwembad. Personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Niet onze smaak qua interieur maar ondanks dat wel een charmante omgeving die soms doet denken aan Fawlty Towers. Het ontbijt is vreselijk, geen lopend buffet maar een armetierig a la carte smakeloos opgediende hap. Wederom personeel was zeer innemend. Kamer aan kleine kant, de gehele sfeer is wat gedateerd. |
