Really good location and price for a hostel in the center of london. There is a pub downstairs but I didn't have too much noise at night. I booked a room for 3 days and when I arrived, they told me I had to stay one night in a room, then change the next day to go in another one. In the first room I was, it was really messy (but it's not really the hostel's fault, depend with whom you're gonna share your room with) but the bathroom was disgusting! And I don't think the hostel cleaned it. Really small, didn't have much space to move in there. My other room was good, clean bathroom, no noise, comfy bed.

location - easy going- staff efficiency appalling noise from pub till all hours - no cold water in shower/ bathroom area - small rooms - building / fabric needs A general makeover

La localización es buena y el trato amable. Hubo un problema con mi reservación de tres días y cuando llegué un día mis cosas estaban en la administración !!! (Incluyendo mi laptop) Me cambiaron de cuarto pero el susto de llegar a tu cuarto y ver otras personas y no tus cosas no me lo quita nadie. No se porque tienen separadas las oficinas de recepción y donde es el desayuno con el edificio del bar y los cuartos. Pero el servicio en general es bueno.

Perfect location just few minutes from the subway station, close to sightseeing locations. Room and facilities clean and tidy. The room we stayed in was right over the bar with life music playing late in the night, I had such a feeling they are playing the same room and was quite unable to sleep. Wifi did not always work in my room. No kitchen.

Facilities comfortable. Quite warm blankets. Breakfast though poor but well. Good location. Not enough clean in the rooms. Bed linen seems not changed after each visitor. In the room it was noisy because of music playing in the bar and from the street.
