При размещении всех детей младше 2 лет на детских кроватях взимается GBP 10,00 с человека за ночь.
При размещении всех детей старшего возраста или взрослых на дополнительных кроватях взимается GBP 20,00 с человека за ночь.
Максимальная вместимость дополнительных/детских кроватей в номере - 1.
Дополнительные кровати предоставляются по запросу. Требуется подтверждение со стороны отеля о предоставлении данной услуги.
Дополнительные услуги не включаются автоматически в общую стоимость и оплачиваются отдельно в отеле.

good location and nice atmosphere with a very comfortable room No games room eg, pool, snooker, darts, table tennis etc. Breakfast serving area bit crowded, especially with slow toaster! |

Convenient for a reunion of local people who attended the school down the road 40 years ago. Spacious bar and decent accomodation on site for those who travelled considerable distances. I booked for myself and two others, The hotel had no trace of our booking upon arrival |

it was lovely and its a shame we didnt have time to make full use of the facilites as we didnt get there till 7 and were due at a nearby friends at 8 for a party hence the fact we didnt get up early but will definately use again |

Didnt spend much time at hotel so difficult to comment. Rooms were clean and there were tea & coffee facilities in the room, which is less common these days. Too far away from City Centre, although in fairness we knew it was a good taxi journey away. |

Hotel is ok but very dated and could do wiv a revamp. Over rated and over priced. Room was really outdated. Poor bathroom. Not worth the money really. Stayed in much better premier inns. |

The staff were friendly and the room was clean. The decor was pretty dated and there wasnt a mini bar in the room. I felt that for £89 breakfast should have been included and it was bad value for money. I was dissapointed. |

I Liked the location as close to most things Staff not friendly, basic facilities in the room, Travel lodge do better cheaper. Not a lot of info in the room as regards the facilities. Pool etc not welcoming for all. |

Staff were excellent and the breakfast was lovely. dissapointed with room, not what i expected for 4 stars. very basic, 2 light bulbs didn't work, stains on ceiling not overly clean and overall a bit shabby. films were also different than advertised. |

The price plus offered a free upgrade on arrival.The staff were very friendly and professional. The restaurant and food was excellent and reasonably priced if having table menu which includes Carvery option. Breakfast just as good, hot buffet style with everything you could ask for. Hotel is family friendly and suitable for couples also. Only very nigley things. Pool would have been nicer 1 or 2 degrees warmer but it was not cold. As with any hotel, bar prices aren't cheap. |

Booked a standard double room for one night, pleasantly surprised at the size of the room, ie, bigger than expected. Very comfortable big bed, quiet, clean and tidy room, good breakfast, everything we needed was there. |

Rooms are quiet and comfortable and food is simple but good. Pool is nice and staff there are helpful. When my tee shirt was taken by mistake from my room reception staff were totally unhelpful and seemed to regard it as my problem rather than their error |

The room was untidy, and in poor condition. There was a loud running water sound constantly in the bathroom, which was irritating. The window had been let wide open, which meant that upon my arrival late in the day, the room was freezing cold, and the heating was swtiched off. |

It had a good pool and garden area. Bar and lounges were comfortable and attractive. Under manager? Helpful when we said we were dissatisfied with rooms. We were shocked at poor standard of rooms and bathrooms, for the star rating. Upgraid was not much better. Reception staff not aware of price of stay as agreed when booking, had to produce proof on a few occassions and they still got it wrong on check out.because of size of hotel,service and staff very impersonal. |
