Hospitality. Christine who owns the property was friendly and attentive. Breakfasts were top quality. The view out across the bay from our room was fantastic.
Cannot make any negative comments. There was nothing we could criticize.
Big clean room. Beautiful bathroom with an antique bath. Comfortable bed, nice wooden furniture. Friendly staff. Great views. The best B&B we ever stayed.
Great sea view Lovely big family room with space for us all Great breakfast very flexible to suit the different requests Very quiet and comfortable Staff very friendly and helpful
Couldn't get the Wi-Fi to work but no bad thing to be away from technology for awhile. Would be an issue if had to do work
The view of the sea
Helpful and obliging B&B owner Superb choice of breakfasts, and very well cooked. Excellent views and location
A lovely guest house with beautiful rooms. Excellent breakfast and wonderful views across the water. And what a joy, parking was easy at the B&B and on the island.
My planned ferry was cancelled and I nearly missed my flight back to London.
The location was fabulous, either to walk into Rothesay for dinner, a walk along the sea front or a base to cover the rest of the island. Breakfast was lovely, a great choice offered and went down a treat. Our room was comfortable, had everything we needed including WiFi. All in we had a great stay
The old big box style tv in our room with a dodgy signal.
Very friendly welcome with lots of helpful advice about the locality. We were fortunate enough to have the first floor room with a sea view and what a view! Huge bay window looking straight out to sea. Nice and close to Rothesay town centre too. Lovely breakfast and beautiful scenery. Would definitely recommend.
Ideally positioned for the ferry Breakfast and lounge area with great sea views Hi spec bathroom with excellent shower
Parking on property not easy, but plenty of space on the roadside No tongs for the sugar cubes a minor irritation
I liked everything about my stay. I was made to feel welcome and enjoyed amazing views from my room. The location is excellent.
We had the downstairs room to cater for mum's 90-year old legs - no view but comfortable and convenient room, lovely new shower. Delicious breakfast looking over sunny water across to heather on the hills. Kristine is such a lovely landlady.
Location, friendliness of staff, breakfast, cleanliness.
The discreet but helpful staff. The view and location. The breakfast choice was good and the food was locally sourced where possible. The accommodation was comfortable and the ensuite was of a good standard. Very enjoyable stay.
View of sea Breakfast and sitting rooms Hosts very thoughtful Breakfast choices
There should be a handrail to the very top part of the staircase
Stunning views of the bay from lounge and breakfast room. Warm welcome from Christine the owner who really did her up-most to ensure you had everything you needed and had lots of local knowledge. Smashing, cooked to order breakfast. lovely young waitresses who were very efficient and friendly.
Nothing really although didn't manage to park on drive and had to park on street, there was plenty space though on the street.

Great choice of breakfast options Warm and friendly welcome Clean facilities and nice toiletries and towels Fine view Great location
Found the double bed a wee bit creaky and lumpy (but kids found the single comfy!)
The views out the windows, the breakfast was top of the range with fresh strawberries and blueberries, all the extras like a gown and slippers.
the bed was a bit dippy.
