Not much to like really; price for location maybe.

the girl on reception did'nt know what she was doing, the staff were un friendly , the breakfast was poor, the pillows were very hard

Slow wi-fi. No lift. Awful bed. Poor breakfasts. No air-conditioner. No bar. Tiny room

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room and the bathroom were very clean. The location was good for exploring London.

The description of the size of the room wasn't really accurate for all deluxe rooms. Our room on the first floor was very compact. Only one chair and just enough room for one person to walk between the bed and the dresser. Fine if you don't plan to spend time in the room.

Hotel is situated very centrally. Very friendly staff ,very good and free wifi connection in all hotel.Free internet place with computer.Very good connection speed of wifi. Hotel is well clean.

The only thing that was missing is a lift but considerind that is an old refornited Victorian house with only two flats there is no need of lift except for very old or disabled guests.

Staff pleasant and efficient. Room spacious and comfortable Toiletries good

Good location, near shops and cafes, not too far to tube stations.

The staff of the hotel is very nice The hotel it's really clean and calm Le personnel est très sympathique et même s'il ne sait pas s'exprimer en français, il est très compréhensible et nous aide. L'hôtel est très propre et calme! Même en étant dans le toit, la pièce est vivable car un ventilateur et un chauffage d'appoint sont a disposition, ainsi que deux fenêtres pour aérer. L'hôtel se trouve près de plusieurs arrêt de métro et le bus s'arrête à quelque mètres.

Mattresses are not very comfortable and for the girls, there is no pressure in the shower to wash himself hair But well, it's not very important Les matelas ne sont pas confortables et pour les filles, il n'y pas aucune pression dans la douche, ce qui est assez compliquer pour bien se laver les cheveux. Mais bon c'est pas très grave

La pulizia 'ottima' e la tranquillità dell'Hotel e della strada in cui si trova. L'ampiezza della stanza (n.9 al 2º piano), comoda per 3 persone. La posizione ed il contesto attorno all'Hotel: 5 min. da Oxford St., 2 min. dalla parallela Baker St. dove si trovano Bar, Ristoranti, Market, Giornali, Banca, etc. Per chi arriva all'aereoporto di Stansted, a 400 mt. la fermata di Easybus e a 20 mt. quella di National Express. A pochi min. a piedi bus e metro che ti consentono ogni destinazione di Londra.

L'assenza dell'ascensore (ma solo per non averlo rilevato prima). L'assenza dell'aria condizionata renderà 'calde' le notti d'estate.

部屋が広く、バスルームも快適でした。すごく過ごしやすいお部屋でした。立地条件は、いいと思います。北に- 行けばベーカーストリートステーション、さらにもう少し行けばリージェンツパーク。南に行けば、オックスフ- ォードストリート沿いのショッピング街、駅はマーブルアーチにボンドストリート。東に行けば、マリルボーン- ハイストリート。確かに多少歩きますが、ロンドンはどこに行くのも基本は歩き。２駅くらい歩くのが常なので- 、私にとっては全く問題がなかったです。

悪い、とまではいきませんが、タオルなどはありましたが、歯ブラシなどのアメニティはありませんでした。

La localisation de l'hotel est très bien, l'hotel était propre, le personnel très symptahique et la chambre très cosie.
