Good location, close to two metro stations, in the centre of the city. We felt completely safe walking there late at night. The breakfast was eggs, bacon, sausage and toast with orange juice and tea/coffee. Not much variety, but it was good. Very small room, no toiletries except soap, and one towel per person. |

Good location. Double bed but single occupancy (but paid for double).Set up seemed efficient. Good breakfast. Room would have been very small for 2 people. No lift. |

The staff and the breakfast was really good. On our first breakfast we were served with 2 eggs 1 rasher of bacon 1 sausage and beans if I wanted them, however the next morning I asked for 3 rashers of bacon and 2 eggs, this was no problem to them at all. I found that there were no tea/coffe facilities in the rooms, this was a bit of a drag, however, I found out on the last day that if I required it I only had to call for room service. Magic! Dont be afraid to ask they are are extremely helpful.Mike Rogerson Manchester. |

The staff are very nice, always available. The rooms have good size and very clean. Near Tube and very close to Victoria Station and Buckingham Palace. Breakfast is nice, but not the complete English Breakfast! No lift...so if you have a lot of luggage.... |

The Hotel was near at the City of London, and close to Victoria Station to.. The breakfast was very disapointet, and was not what I have payied for..I was still hungry, whwn I leave the table.. and I have aspectet more service from the staff.. |

Quiet road adjacent to Pimlico tube station (Victoria line). Several good restaurants and bar very adjacent serving good food at good prices. Very safe walking round area at night. Very pleasant ambience in area. Tea-making facility provided on request. Lots of stairs with no lift - as well flagged in other guest comments. |
