I can't figure what
i was given a room at the top floor. It was a climb! And mind you, I have a suitcase. You also have to pay for everything such as luggage storage and wifi and deposit for remote which was £20 and use of your credit card.. It's crazy when you can find similar hotel in the area where you don't need to pay for this! Staff weren't helpful and friendly at all that I have to greet them first. It does make a lot of difference.
Very convenient hotel location and nice price for city center
Booking this hotel half year before wifi supposed to be free, but it's not The worst continental breakfast we have ever had in the hotels
The staff made every possible attempt to show you that they don't care! If you don't come back they don't care. There is millions of people like you on the internet to come.
Location. You get what you pay for.
Bed was clean and comfortable
Size of the rooms too small; breakfast below standard (sliced bread and slices of processed cheese and cornflakes, milk served out of the plastic bottles, room was tiny, reception was a mess, stored luggage, people and boxes were everywhere, very high price for barely adequate service.
a little bit improvement on the room cleanibg will be perfect
Convenient to underground
Paying for wifi
The reception staff was very pleasant and helpful. Room adequate clean and comfortable.
Dining room very crowded. Limited breakfast choice
The good thing about this place? Well the toilet seat seemed to be pretty clean.
Everything else was poor. I requested a double room, which in fact was a room with two single beds stuck together, along with an extra single bed. They weren't even stuck together properly. Bathroom had a foul smell. Didnt enjoy my stay wouldn't go back.
prices are cheap ,near to tube station, quiet ,include free breakfast, nice coffee ,warm room. Good value.
no thermostat control at room sometimes feel too hot ,have to open window to let cold air in ,to balance the temperature.
Ideal Location Helpful Staff Nice Breakfast Comfortable Room Very Warm Great Value For Money
i felt like throwing up once i entered the room, i do not recommend to anyone
i felt like throwing up once i entered the room, i do not recommend to anyone
It was rather cheap (if you do not count extra costs) and not far from the subway.
I had to pay extra for WiFi (10 pounds for 10 hours), luggage storage (5 pounds for room) and 4% for the credit card payment. They put neither of it on the receipt. There is a lot of dust under the beds and in the corners. The breakfast room is very crowded and the breakfast itself is rather poor. On arrival at 1:30 the receptionist refused to check me in before 2 p.m. and then went away so I had to wait till 2:30. The stuff is very unfriendly all together.
We had booked a treble room and only got this room the second night which was comfortable
My sister and I were extremely disappointed with the tiny room we were given for the first night with 3 single beds. The room originally was a single with 3 beds!!!!!!!!!!!
The location was great. Very close to the tube which was handy.
We had a room on the 3rd floor and there was no lift and a steep staircase. The shower in our room did not drain properly so you could only shower for a few minutes before the base filled with water and took 10/15 minutes to drain. The room itself was tiny! Barely enough room to open a suitcase and no room to put clothes anywhere.
Good location and within easy reach of tube station. Quiet room. Staff friendly enough.
Carpets needed shampooing. Small room. No free wifi. If you're happy to manually work the TV then the £20 deposit for a remote isn't necessary.
Poor breakfast. Unfriendly staff. I will never go again even how the price cheap.
The ability of the staff to keep the rooms clean despite how rundown the area is.
The amenities and furniture in general were rather rundown
Reception in the morning is great, and the gentlemen help us without hesitate, he is so nice!
I found a spider in my room!!! The door of the bathroom is noisy and hard to move... Attitude of some staff are not nice.
Décor was very good. Comfortable, warm, clean, quiet hotel less than 10 minute walk to tube. Reasonably priced
Annoying to have to ask for a tv remote and pay £20 deposit. £5 to leave case in hotel a bit much.
Nice quiet location, close to tube, in good walking distance to Olympia newly refurbished bathroom
had a groundfloor room next to the stairs- noise dirty/ stained carpets no mattress protectors (sheet straight onto mattress) reception staff unable to put a phone call through to my room self service breakfast room too tight
location, tube 5 minute walk. clean warm room.
breakfast very poor, room tiny and £20 deposit was required for tv control. staff not very friendly
Basement room was damp with a strange window. Mold on celing in bathroom and on shower curtain. Room next to breakfast room so noisy from earls morning. 20 pound deposit for tv remote and for safe key. Could not adjust room tempriture
location, near tube station and amenities value for money 24 hours desk service good shower
bed tatty room and bedding toilet and room could be cleaner
