Great location, good value for money
expected cooked breakfast, but was more contintental. Room was just outside restaurant on lower floor so sleep was interrupted when restaurant opened.
The decor was modern
Bed was very comfy and telly didn't work in room.
They just take money and don't care at all. Three floors without lift, there is no one to help you with your luggage. Everything is paid- whether wifi or luggage storage for some time. Breakfast can not be worse than this. Very short galleries, one can fell down of stairs. Overall it was an horrible experience. You will not be allowed to check in before 2 pm in any circumstances.
My room was small
price was affordable for my boyfriend and me to spend one night and it was close to a metre station
breakfast was really poor just bread with no yogurts, no fruit
Well situated hotel, two minute walk from the tube station in a nice quiet street just off the main road. Rooms were clean and tidy and a bonus that the rate included a continental breakfast. Tea facilities in the room and a nice hot shower.
The twin room for single occupancy bed was tiny and there was no remote for the TV.
I liked the price and the location. It is a good place to stay for a night. Sainsbury' s is very close. Close to Natural History, Science and Victoria and Albert museums.
I didn't like the old furniture and bathroom.
When I was staying at this hotel randomly we had a few days of summer, as the room had no ac only a window that opened a little it was hot in the room.
You could hear others moving a lot, thin walls. Sadly I struggled to find network on the 3rd floor and the wifi so slow and really expensive. Deffo needs up dating
Staff are friendly, rooms comfortable and clean, perfectly located for the tube station.
SAME BREAKFAST CHOICE COLD ROOMS CLUTTER
Toilet and shower were new
Pillows and bed sheets were very dirty. The room and the bathroom were quite small. The door that went to the street couldn't be locked.
Top ten reasons for not staying here : 1. additional 4 or 5% for credit card payment 2. no elevator and no information about it in booking.com. I have 3 luggages and 2 children and got room in 3rd floor. 3. ridiculous security deposit of GBP 20 for having TV remote control 4. the room was not ready although we arrived almost 3pm 5. the room was small and the interior was so so lousy and dirty/old 6. the bed and mattress are very poor in condition 7. No AirCon so we could hardly sleep in the hot summer 8. the aisle and stairs are very narrow and I don't think that the condition is safe in case of fire and other emergency situation 9. hotel staff don't have sense of hospitality 10. luggage storage is charge and limited per room.
Everything. Reception Staff were rude ( clean staff very nice) breakfast was a joke! The triple room was actually a single room with 3 single beds squashed in. The fire exit was stuffed with old mattresses and furniture. Lights didn't work! Just a shambles really and really ruined our mood all weekend. We wanted to move to premier inn across the road but the policy didn't allow us even thought we were well within our rights given the bad service and poor facilities. Totally annoyed!
Near to Earl's court tube station , and near to a lot of shops and restaurants.
We requested for two single beds , but we are given a room with three beds and charged for three persons, the hotel refused to remove the third bed which was an addition and causing congestion .. The balcony was very dirty, the door was kept opened, informed the staff at the reception but he didn't find the key ,, the curtains were broken ,, informed many times the receptionist to send somebody to repair the curtains but nothing was done , we had to stay in a room without curtains and without lock , the security rating in that hotel is zero , the blankets were very dirty and stained , it was definitely a waste of money.. Too expensive for its condition.
Good location to Earl's court underground station and sightseeings
There is one young member of the staff who cant work in the sphere of hospitality as he assists guests in an impolite and rude way
No doors on the shower, people smoking weed outside the room window what face the rear garden in the basement area lg5
I really don't like that they don't give tv remote , and the toilet flash is not working
The location is good.
Expensive for that kind of hotel. Would not recommend it for a family. You have to pay for Wifi and to store your luggage
the location near the underground
the breakfast little choice
Tv wasn't working
Wi-fi didn't work, small and dirty room, phone under the bed. The major bonus are the bedbugs!!! Don't even think to stay there.
Room in ground floor with the window always open (broken safe) Dirty mocket and windows Noise
-Excellent location, just 5 minutes from a tube station -clean room with all necessary facilities -breakfast (not too fancy) included in price -cheap!
- expensive internet access - small rooms (but still acceptable size)
Location. Price. We were able to check in early.
Paying for 3 hours worth of internet and only getting to use about 30 minutes. Creaky floor near room G7.
- So many stairs and no lift - Small and uncomfortable toilet - Not well accommodated beds (sheets pulled up only) - Breakfast: very small room, little choice for buffet (some juice, hot water, bread, cheese, jams and butter, milk and 1 kind of cereals) - We arrived at 13:50 and staff kicked out us saying that they are close until 14:00. Ok. At return they ask me if I were part of mafia because I'm italian. So tired of these stereotypes.
