Everything. Reception Staff were rude ( clean staff very nice) breakfast was a joke! The triple room was actually a single room with 3 single beds squashed in. The fire exit was stuffed with old mattresses and furniture. Lights didn't work! Just a shambles really and really ruined our mood all weekend. We wanted to move to premier inn across the road but the policy didn't allow us even thought we were well within our rights given the bad service and poor facilities. Totally annoyed!
I really don't like that they don't give tv remote , and the toilet flash is not working
The location is good.
Expensive for that kind of hotel. Would not recommend it for a family. You have to pay for Wifi and to store your luggage
Tv wasn't working
Wi-fi didn't work, small and dirty room, phone under the bed. The major bonus are the bedbugs!!! Don't even think to stay there.
Room in ground floor with the window always open (broken safe) Dirty mocket and windows Noise
-Excellent location, just 5 minutes from a tube station -clean room with all necessary facilities -breakfast (not too fancy) included in price -cheap!
- expensive internet access - small rooms (but still acceptable size)
Location. Price. We were able to check in early.
Paying for 3 hours worth of internet and only getting to use about 30 minutes. Creaky floor near room G7.
Room very small
no AC ROOM VERY DIRTY NO INTERNET CONNECTION ROOM NOT CLEAN OUT OF DATE
perfect location for Earls Court
postage-stamp-sized bathroom hatch in ceiling above bed that wasn't quite closed having to pay £20 deposit to use the TV breakfast called 'continental' but only toast and one kind of cereal
location to earls Court
running out of breakfast cereal no opening windows in a very hot room
Very near Earls Court tube station.. & buses
Camp beds! Toilet/ shower in one unit! .. suitable for young students..
Nice friendly staff, good price, good location, and clean.
No wifi, and no lift :(
The reception guy was nice but it did not help to overcome the miseries. Staff is nice and helpful. Location is good.
Shower doors broken; shower water did not went smoothly in waste pipe so your feet are constantly in 4 inches of water. The curtains are dirty and broken, the bedspreads are dirty and 100 years old.For internet ( !!!) you have to pay 2 pst/hour but you have NO reception. The double room got a very, very small bed and a very very small room. The vanity unit in the bathroom is so small that you cannot have your head over the sink. Overall, it's a dreadful hotel and management knows everything but is doing nothing other than cashing the daily rates. For the rest it feels that management does not give a damn about guests.
The mini-fridge was a very nice, convenient addition.
It was close to where I wanted to go everything I needed was there.Staff was lovely, room was lovely enjoyed my stay
Only downside was room was right at the top as I had a sore knee it made it a little uncomfy to get up all them stairs but I managed
Shower door broken and propped against wall. Room smelled of body odour and damp. The cover on the bed was dirty and everything creaked. Definitely not worth £80 for a night
location hotel all was good
the reception in the morning was rude, arrogant no people skills at all, dismissive should not be working with people or customer face to face contact
Very dirty, staff bad attitude . upset!
mold everywhere in the bathroom and shower- tapwater was not clear-only late breakfast possible-use of TV was not free
10min to Underground
Terrible Hotel !!! , very dirty hotel , our rolom etc..., i was never in a hotel like this and the hotel have three stars !!!!????
quite acceptable locations with nearby shops.
Not clean at all wall are dirty bed sheets have some blood on them meaning they were not changed before checking in, not clean pillows carpet,,, i wish i paid more money for cleaner stay... their brake fast starts at 7:30 which is very late for people who need to go out early,
The wifi cost £2 for 1 hour but it barely worked so it was a waste of money.
Good location to Earls court tube and lovely Chelsea can walk to museums and the river and loads of eateries in earls court area
Very small room, no service - room cleaning hit and miss, breakfast room so cramped it made eating there unpleasant that we had breakfast out most mornings, Steep narrow stairs with no lift and no help with cases so not suitable for elderly, frail or small children. Website misleadingly said it had recently been refurbished , Bathroom fittings missing or broken ,overall just shabby and not cheap but it is central Lonfon .
