The lobby room was in mess with some big items on the floor and they tidied up after two days. We haven't experienced yet anywhere in the world to pay 5 pounds to put our luuggage in a luggage roon on the last day! A paid WI-FI is also not acceptable. The breakfast was really poor.
It's a nice and quiet area, good access to public transport. They have been waiting for us on a late check-in.

First review I've ever written but it's needed for this hotel. Absolutely disgusting, mould everywhere, damp, lights didn't work, sheets were dirty, staff were rude, gaps under the doors, old dirty furniture! Wouldn't even class this as a 1* nor stay here for free. Having to pay £20 deposit for a tv remote is a joke, no one would want to steal your old TV.

Pity the hotel has no lift.

We had twin. Very small, temperamenta shower and basic cervical and toast breakfast. Would have liked some fresh fruit, but for price and how long we spent in room great value.
Location, staff, tube, local amenities, price all good.

The room is not clean, and there's a strong smell in the shower room. The double bed is combined by two single ones.
The location is quite good.

Receptionist was rude. Room had dirty carpets, no free wifi, blowdryer not working, bathroom drain clogged and tv was not working partially on our last night. Receptionist was rude and not helpful when asked for assistance.
April 14, 2015
Our room was on the lower ground. It was so tiny and there were ants in the bathroom!!! In the morning, cause our room was really close to the breakfast room, it was really noisy and we couldn't sleep after 7:30!
The place is not far from the tube station and there are several shops in this area

The receptionist was very rude, we arrived and he was shouting on the phone and completely ignored us. Another guest was waiting behind us and when he got off the phone he acknowledged her first. She was asking if he knew where a road was to find a recommended pub, he offered no assistance whatever he just said 'i dont know'. I helped the woman quite simply but getting up Google maps. When we spoke to the man at reception he took our money, told us what time breakfast was and handed us our blank room card. The room was basic, stained carpets, cheap beds which felt as though they were fold out. The bathroom was pleasant enough with a good shower. Breakfast was a let down. The breakfast was toast with a bowl of hard boiled eggs, jam or cheese. No fresh juice, corn flakes with UHT milk.. The walls at the hotel were very thin so I woke up a few times in the night. Also the radiator although small gets boiling. Don't leave it on at night.
The hotel is in a really good, accessible location.

For the same budget hotel that I've been, this is the worst one out of 40 !

Relatively near the center

Upon arrival was not even greeted or welcomed, just met a moody faced clerk which I had to speak to first. I checked in at around 10pm and this clerk, while I was signing the form and collecting my key was putting his coat on ready to leave. Very bad impression. Later on at around before midnight I needed a shower and the hot water was not working, I told the receptionist about this (a different receptionist) and he said that there was nothing I could do and just told me to wait for the hot water to turn on. In my room, I left the water running for about 15 minutes in both directions but still no hot water. As a result, I had to go the gym near the empress state building and have a shower there instead. The bed was torn in places and the carpet in the room had crumbs and other bits of dirt on it. The milk for the tea tray was old and when putting it into my coffee in the morning it had milky bits floating around suggesting the milk was off. The room was cold all night and I had to use the extra blankets which resulted in a very uncomfortable sleep. I was very unsatisfied with my stay and would not recommend this hotel at all.
Location was very good. Nearby to Overground and Underground and had a range of shops and restaurants nearby.

I'm sorry that I didn't discovered this hotel sooner. The stairs are too abrupt and is no elevator. So if you're old it's hard.
The guy at the reception already called me my friend even from the first moment. It was march and the room was very warm. They have central heating and the heater was hot after I rotated that round thing that let the water in. Very clean. The location is excellent on a residential quiet street near Earls Court tube station. Sainsburry is at 20 feet. The bed is excellent. It was the best night in London and I changed 3 hotels in one week. So I know. Not by choice but forced by budget. I cannot afford more than 40 pounds. Thank you booking.com that you helped me find such promotions. I concluded that I must choose only the 3 stars hotels. The price 35 pounds per night was great. Luggage room. For 5 pounds you can let your luggage all day. Room smells nice and is very quiet.

I feel like the staff aren't accommodating.
Rooms and other facilities are well maintained.

Don't expect a great service (advices etc), some of the guys are lazy but one is very kind and helpfull. But to be honest, it s ok for the price and the place in London.
The place in London (Earls Court) The nice street and building All kind of busses/metro nearby (5 mn) Great breakfast, makes you full :)

- twin beds were too narrow - lukewarm water in a very cold shower-room - lower ground dump room - noise from the breakfast room waking you up in the morning.
The location is perfect

Toilet seat was broken. Hair dryer stopped working after 20seconds. Shower door wouldn't shut so the floor was soaking. The guy at reception was so rude and seemed annoyed at the fact I told him about the toilet seat. Just horrible. However, there was a different guy at the reception upon checking out who was lovely and very apologetic about the facilities.
