Nice quiet location, close to tube, in good walking distance to Olympia newly refurbished bathroom
had a groundfloor room next to the stairs- noise dirty/ stained carpets no mattress protectors (sheet straight onto mattress) reception staff unable to put a phone call through to my room self service breakfast room too tight
Basement room was damp with a strange window. Mold on celing in bathroom and on shower curtain. Room next to breakfast room so noisy from earls morning. 20 pound deposit for tv remote and for safe key. Could not adjust room tempriture
location, near tube station and amenities value for money 24 hours desk service good shower
bed tatty room and bedding toilet and room could be cleaner
Location Price Clean
I like the location and the staff are excellent except the manager who has an attitude.
The rugs in the rooms are very dirty and should be changed. The breakfast is too ordinary for the money paid. No fruits or vegetables. Bread and eggs every day. There should be variation. Otherwise it is generally ok.
Garden view was amazing
No proper quilt and only 1 thin blanket with bugs in it, now having rashes on all my body.
Location and bathroom
Staff don't bother to tell you that you need to leave a deposit for the TV remote until you walk right to the top floor to you room, and then you have to walk back down. Hairdryer didn't work in my room and I asked for one to be brought up. Staff not very helpful this and once again I had to go in search of it.
breakfast was alright. Eggs and toast. Thereto I got a good impression of the crew. They all seemed friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was good, lyeing close to neccesary facilities as well as to a direct tube line and Victoria station.
The room was dirty, humid and cold. Maybe not severly dirty, but the blankets were quite hairy and the floor was not thorougly cleansed. I guess this is found to be a somewhat common standard at english hotels in this prize class but its not acceptable.
Room was small but organized
Paid wifi and the bed
It was handy to where I needed to be
No surface in the room to put anything on except the bed, construction site outside window that had an annoying drip onto a plastic surface, noisy neighbors in other rooms
For the money is actually a really nice place ,no fancy breakfast but its ok,really hood location
Had a problem with the internet ,bough a vaucher for 10h and it worked for 30 min and turned off they didnt care about this They told me "oh but you check out tomorrow cant help u" Didnt like that at all
Location to tube quiet area
When we wanted to book in felt reception staff proitised a phone over us( phone rang as I started talking) felt this was rude. Also breakfast area cramped and not well laid out adding to feeling of claustrophobia
Location is excellent. The room was very clean and comfortable. Room had the amenities requested. Staff was generally helpful in addressing concerns. Overall experience satisfied exactly what we needed.
Wifi cost was outrageous, there is no outside phone service. Attitude of staff was a bit sharp. Room lacked convenient power outlets.
The location it`s perfect, close to underground and other public transport stations.
- Hotel location is good
- You have to pay full amount in advance, even before you see your room. - Room is extremely small and you do not have any space even to open your bigger luggage. - LG Room is next to the kitchen and there is a big noise from early morning. - One night they turned on strong outdoor light (illuminate the building) which shining directly into the room. - You have to pay 4% on top if you use your credit card. - Offer for breakfast was very poor, we used instead Costa coffee, which is approx. 250 meters away. Do not order your breakfast, you spend money unnecessarily.
Good location,close to Olympia.
The toilet made a really strange sound which affected my sleep.
Not clearing enough.
It was nothing worth like ,I will never stay in this hotel again. The breakfast was better.
No ventilation in the room, couldnt breath at all.
Location is good, few minutes walk from Earls Court station.
There is NO elevator in the hotel. What do you do if you come with 3 bags, climb the stairs after paying £149?
Location is convenience and easy to find
Staffs are unfriendly. No free wifi and no lift. Need to pay if want them to help u to take care of ur luggages after checking out. No effort put on breakfast preparation.
Very cramped, so much so that some places in the toilet could never be cleaned. Third floor room. No lift, no help. This place is a hostel, should never be marketed as a hotel.
Worst hotel ever
Great location, good value for money
expected cooked breakfast, but was more contintental. Room was just outside restaurant on lower floor so sleep was interrupted when restaurant opened.
It was clean.
Hairdryer didn't work. Fridge didn't work. Need to put out a £20 deposit to use the TV remote... The shower didn't have a box, so it wet the whole floor of the bathroom. The breakfast was suppose to be continental, but it wasn't. Just coffee, milk, orange juice, bad tasting apple juice, gem, butter and two choices of regular bread slices, whole or white. There was also a sugarless corn cereal. Too expensive for what you get.
Excellent location, good staff, very clean.
Having to pay a 20 pound deposit for the TV controller, and also being charged for WiFi. These days, my opinion is that WiFi in a hotel you are paying to stay in should be free.
