Hotel czysty, niedrogi . Pokój mały , codziennie sprzątany, nadaje sie na krótki 2-3 dniowy pobyt. Do metra jakieś 4 minuty pieszo. W pobliżu Tesco. Spokojna okolica, Do centrum 4-5 stacji metrem

Helpful and friendly staff.

Rooms are very small, the breakfast has very limited options, the dining area is in the basement and with no ventilation it gets very stuffy and you dont feel like eating. Beds r very narrow and shaky! We were promised a baby cot but never given any as they did not have one, made the beds even more small with the baby.

Internally is a solution for students, the bed was not clean, they ask you an extra deposit for the remite controller of the tv,....

Location - very close to Earl's Court Underground Station on Piccadilly Line to London Heathrow. Staff - friendly and happy to help.

Breakfast is find but a bit dull. Although cleaned every day, rooms do not look clean.

The room we were moved to after complaining was clean, spacious enough for us three and even had access to a small veranda. Breakfast was everything you'd expect from 3 Star, with a boiled egg on top! Lovely!

The 3-bed-room we were given initially (by a very grumpy night porter) had black mould all over and was too small for two people to pass each other without one taking refuge on a bed.

Hotel location is very good for city trip, clean rooms, good breakfast.

Hotel Management and operating principles are very poor. When we asked for plug converter, Hotel manager said he could only sell it for 5pounds and they also asked for 5 pounds to store the luggages for a few hours. They accept only cash and they dont give any invoice which is not legal. When I told him that I would give this feedback to booking.com, he started shouting and threatened me by saying that he would block my access. Net, hotel management is extremely unprofessional. I suggest booking.com to reconsider the working contract with them.

Location was good, close to tube station, supermarkets and places to eat. Floors were clean and shiny.

Staff were quite rude upon arrival. Waited over half an hour to check in as the guy was on the phone trying to fix his computer! Walls were dirty and needed a lick of paint. Beds were not comfy, couldn't of stayed for more than two nights as I didn't sleep. Poor selection of breakfast stuff. It says on the description that the hotel is newly refurbished but it really doesn't seem that way.

The Location

I requested a double bed and first I got a room with 3 separate beds, then to change it the room was incredibly tiny, the bed was really old, with a very uncomfortable mattress, the breakfast was very limited, as well the space to have it.

Great location. Close to tube. Room small but clean and with all amenities. Staff helpful and pleasant. Great value for money. Would definitely return.

I had booked a twin room and they really cheated me by giving me a very small room with out even a table or any furniture. Planning to take some legal action against them.

The house keeping staff were very friendly with my little son and had a brisk smile on their faces. Close to transport I.e. Bus stop and tube station. In the heart of London with the High streets, food shoos all around. In a very decent environment.

Hostile nature of the front desk staff, I.E. Not freindly at all, no warm welcoming of guest. Speak very rude to guest. Got to the hotel early hours of the morning, the front door was locked, knocked and the guy that came to open d door couldn't say welcome or goodmorning, left the door ajar, walked away whilst I struggled with my bags, wife and a year old child, no help at all. Upon booking, I rang to for early check in option since i know i would be arriving early with my family after a long flight, this was confirmed to me, at arrival, I requested for this service but was bluntly refused and had to sit at the reception for 7hrs waiting with an infant and and my pregnant wife in the cold. Worst of all, my baby got cranky, tired and restless need good food and a change and began to cry, the front desk guy rudely asked my wife to either take my baby outside or manage him to make him quiet. What an insensitivity. My baby pooed, and I pleaDed with this same guy for a room, telling him of my baby's conduction, still no sympathy on my infant or pregnant wife. We had to wait from 7am till 2pm under these conditions, very TERRIBLE. I booked a double bed room but was given a tripple bed room with nearly any space to get around, complained to the front desk but he bluntly said, that's all we've got. No apologies. Very rude guys and absolutely an awful experience. The continental brackfast served had no bacon, sussage, backed beans just bread, flacks and tea. Overall, it wasn't a good experience at all.

It was cheap.resonable value for money.

Helpful staff. Clean dining area room fairly comfortable except for mold on walls.

Mold on walls of room. Deposit of £20 required for tv remote. Water in basin backed up after each use. Top blankets were smelly and needed to be changed

The main man on the reception desk was very friendrly and helpful. Excellent location, vey close to tube and local shops and cafes.

*The bathroom in the room I was staying flooded on the second night of my stay. When I woke up early in the morning I stepped into freezing water coming from the top of the toilet. It had flooded over night and into the main carpeted room. I ran up to reception and explained the situation and the man told me he would call someone, I said that I may need to swap rooms as there was a lot of water damage - the man told me that the room was ok when I checked in and that it must have been something I did. He told me I would not be moving rooms and that I would have to wait for maintenance. I waited for over 1 hr (without being able to use the toilet or stop the flooding). Luckily the maintenance man fixed it and was lovely. However I had to stay the next 3 days in a room with soggy wet carpet - no apology or anything. *Room service just bursts in your room - no privacey. *The 2 men on reception overnight are very rude. *Wifi is expensive.

Got a good £30 double room deal, worth it.
