We like the space and freedom of an apartment for the cost of a hotel room. The carpet in our apartment needed to be replaced.

Reasonable size apartment proximity to transport We had to travel by taxi all the way to isle of dogs to get the key a real pain in the arse & expensive because they can't get the concierge onsite to do it. We were aware of this but you think the problem could be sorted. Really annoying was we were given written info about the place with wifi password that didn't work & yet when the support guy arrived ( unannounced) it was obvious they knew about as there was a second modem in place so why not provide the correct details first up? We had to go and buy a phone in order to ring and sort it out No written info on how to get the dvd player to work

Actually, first of all I need to say that we lived at another apartment offered us by House of moli, because of overbooking. They named "Times Square Collection by MoLi Apartments" (79, Times Square, London, e1) and look the same inside and outside, but located at a different place. What we liked at Times Square Apartments are modern building with useful facilities. Good neighbors, modern lift, wide doors, laminated flooring board, windows from the floor to the ceiling, modern furniture, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, minimalism design. We didn't like at Times Square Apartments almost all. Two weeks before checked in we were informed that they actually didn't have the apartments we had booked and had fully paid. They offered us 3 worse variants: worse location and worse facilities: 1 en-suite bath for 2 bedroom apartments for 4 adults and an infant. It took us a week of negotiations and the best we negotiated is that we booked 2 bathroom apartments but only for 5 nights (instead of 7 we had planned) and at different location (at Aldgate East tube station). And they refunded the cost of 2 nights living. These 2 days we lived at another hotel which is doesn't connected with the House of moli. When we checked in we were offered 1 bathroom apartments (thanks to God that it wasn't and en- suite type)! There were carpets in the bedrooms instead of laminated flooring board as it was on the pictures and the carpets were terribly dirty - they were not cleaned after previous tenants. It was really a problem because we traveled with the infant who just creep on the floor and tasted everything. A toaster didn't work, door handle to one bedroom were broken so we couldn't close the door because it became blocked. And the tableware was really disgusting. The cheapest frying pans I have ever seen with thin and crooked bottom and the same stew pans - and one big cover for all of them. It took us one more day to solve the problem with the bathroom (House of moli gave us an additional studio apartments and we separated to 2 parties), clean the carpets and change the toaster. All the others problems were stayed with us till the end of the holidays.

Location Comfort View The dishwasher did not work from the first time that we tried it and we had to wash all of the dishes by hand during our 5 night stay. We reported the situation to MoLi and we believe that somebody came to look at it but it was not fixed. Nobody made contact with us again to explain what was being done to remedy the situation.

This is the first review I wrote because I could help myself! I'm a postgraduate student of Edinburgh University ~I was shocked that not so many people wrote a review for such an amazing place! I went to London and lived in there for two nights. It's extremely clean, you can find everything you need! All cookwares are easy to use and effective! A Tesco store is just downstairs and you can buy something to cook a great meal in your kitchen! And Vauxhall underground is less than 20 meters from your apartment so it's very convenient to go anywhere! The most impressive thing is its Landscape! the Thames River is just outside the window and we shared a bottle of wine while watching the beautiful river! I love this place! I will definitely recommend it to all people I know! Nothing! Everything is really perfect!
