The friendliness of the staff, the quiet atmosphere inside the hotel rooms, the breakfast menu was excellent and the staff very attentive in giving directions and information, the travel links for surronding areas was brilliant with the bus stop or tube literaly a stones throw from the hotel. nothing, all was good |

Modern hotel with cooking facilities, clean, quiet place That in front of the hotel was street working (not the fault of the restaurant), We missed Cleanex-Paper in the bathroom |

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was sufficient. I would recommend this hotel for my friends. The only one thing I didn't like about the hotel was too much noise at night. |

The bed was comfortable with clean linen. We had major parking problems. We called up before hand and was told that there was adequate parking. However, when we reached the hotel, we found out that there was very limited parking and many cars were double parked. It was very frustrating. |

Very-very close to tube (central line). Good breakfast. Kind staff. Good value for money. We've stayed for two nights. After two weeks we stayed there again. Noises from night club and restaurant. But you can sleep well anyway. It is clean in bedrooms, but not five star of course. |

Generally, a good option for a short stay in London. The hotel is right next to a central line tube station, which makes it easy to get to the city centre (around 25 minutes on the underground, no need to change lines). A simple, clean hotel with a decent price tag. There's a bar and a lounge bar in the same building. I could only hear the music slightly, because my room was at the front side. I imagine that the rooms in the back are completely silent. |

this is a non smoker hotel, the rooms are basic but clean, plus you get a great breakfast Wifi is only available at the bar |

Too much noise. There is no bar or restaurant. Parking is limited and you get blocked in and it took 30 mins to find the owner. the owner turned out to be the hotel van. |

Hotel is right next door to faces night club, that is why we booked the hotel. Staff very friendly. Room very clean. The hotel was a lot nicer than I thought it would be. Next time I go clubbing in essex, I will 100 per cent go back to the hotel again. Hotel was very hot. But everything else was great. Noise was not an issue for us, as we stayed to be close to the bars and clubs. Parking is very limited but a member of staff came out in the rain to show me where I could park. |
