la vicinanza con le maggiori vie per lo shopping,la tranquillità della zona la tempestività dello staff (che ringrazio) per ogni "problema" il non funzionamento del forno a micronde (ma è del tutto superfluo) |

Appartamento nuovissimo,accogliente,pulito,funzionale.Accessoriatissimo in tutti i minimi particolari , fedele alle foto e alla descrizione di presentazione dell'appartamento .Il check-in, presso il negozio di abbigliamento, è stato semplice e veloce.Personale cortese e disponibile. Unico aspetto negativo è stata la biancheria della cucina: biancheria sporca , evidente che era stato dimenticato il cambio con quella pulita perchè tutto il resto dell'appartamento era lindo e pulitissimo. |

Tutto ottimo. Ambiente raffinato, pulito, centralissimo, facile da raggiungere, comodo, staff cortese e disponibile... e chi più ne ha più ne metta! Unica piccola nota negativa... qualche problemuccio con l'acqua calda, ma chiedendo allo staff si risolve tutto! |

l'appartamento è nuovissimo ed è in una posizione eccezionale per chi vuole visitare la città, due passi dalla stazione dei treni e dei bus perchè si trova direttamente sul Royal mile, inoltre la cucina ha una bellissima veduta sulla cattedrale di St.Giles. Arredamento di buon gusto. Il nostro appartamento (St.Giles numero 1) aveva anche un patio!! La descrizione dell'hotel diceva che non era disponibile la connessione internet, ma poi all'arrivo abbiamo visto che il wi-fi era disponibile. purtroppo non l'abbiamo potuto utilizzare perchè eravamo senza portatile! La cucina non ha il micro-onde e il tavolo in cucina non è il massimo per pranzi e cene! comunque sono piccolezze, l'appartamento è davvero bello e lo consiglierò agli amici |

Il posto molto centrale, la qualità della biancheria e dell'arredamento presente.La sicurezza dello stabile. La presenza di un solo bagno per 4 persone e l'assenza di un asciugacapelli. |

Appartamento spazioso Prenotato un appartamento in st Giles, assegnato uno in chamber street. Check in e out difficoltosi: bisogna recarsi in un negozio di abbigliamento in et Giles. |

Great location, and excellent value for money. It was great to have the extra space of a sitting room and the convenience of a small kitchen. Mattress was quite uncomfortable. |

the apartments were very clean and well equipped - everything you need for a short break. the location was excellent, just two minutes walk from the royal mile. I definately intend to return. |

I liked the seperate bedrooms and lounge. The kitchen was very well equipped and it was nice to have tea / coffee juice supplied for arrival. It would have been better if the bathroom had a shower as well as a bath as we all wished to use the shower. |

The location is excellent - just a few steps away from the Royal Mile, which is the center for a lot of restuarants and tourist attractions. The accommodations were great too - very clean, updated appliances / fixtures, decent sized rooms. The only complaint is that the apartment complex walls are quite thing, and the hotel was very noisy at night - and not because of any pubs or restaurants. The reason is that there was an inordinate number of guests staying at the hotel who were probably university students...and they were shouting and partying until 2-3am...both in their rooms and in the hallways. This is terrible when you (and your kids) are trying to get some sleep at night. |

We enjoyed its proximity to all the obvious tourist attractions, shopping and wonderful restaurants Edinburgh has to offer. The kitchen was dirty with cracked wine glasses, dirty oven and cracked and lose floor tiles. If one wanted to eat, the crockery was small. The bed linen, pillows and duvet were of poor quality and the people in the flat above smoked on the landing filling our apartment with cigarette smoke |

The apartments are centrally located on the historic Royal Mile with all amenities in easy reach. The accomodation is comfortable with every requirement provided for. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend made largely in part by St Giles apartments. |

I have absolutly no complaints about these apartments. We (a group of 6) all agreeed that this was the best place we have ever stayed in. Overall a great deal i would recomend this to anyone. Great location, views and very clean and spacious. |

The location of the hotel, overall, was good. Rooms were mainly of a good size. Lots of dust round skirting boards. |

Location was perfect ...halfway along the royal mile. Apartments were clean. There was not enough water in the tank for 3 of us to shower each time ...and someone was always showering in ice cold water ...even though the apartment sleeps 4 !!! |

An affordable modern well equipped apartment to stay with children. Close to tourist attractions and great with a car parking space available. One of the bedrooms was quite cramped but as we were only staying two nights we put up with it. |
