The room is very well appointed and has wifi. Lacks privacy in living room area. During my stay the temperature was warm outside and inside - I assume because of the huge windows - it became very hot |

It was fantastically comfortable and right in the middle of the city - you couldn't get any closer to the Royal Mile! The apartment was extremely well appointed, especially given the price (I would expect to pay much more for the quality of accommodation), with many features which would have made a longer weekend very, very comfortable - I fully intend using these apartments again, and for longer! |

Location was perfect for our visit. Centre of the Royal Mile. Apartment was well kept and had everything you would find in a Hotel. (Besides Bar and Restaurant). Noise in the evening and morning (Again this would be because of location, busy area). Was awoken early by work men with a Ladder. |

Good position, for visiting Edinburgh. Well equipped kitchen. L'Occitane products in the bathrooms. The walls and carpets are a bit stained. The TV was disappointing. There is a lack of mirrors. The one in the bathroom is almost off the wall, no mirror in the hall or second bedroom. There is some street noise at night. These comments apply to the appt in Lochend Close. |

yes the appartement was very well kept and clean the outside of the building was terribly dirty with bird poo and vomit everywhere. the internal hallways where also very badly kept and off putting, but thankfully the inside of the flat was lovely |

A modern, comfortable apartment with plenty of facilities and a good location. The blinds in the main bedroom were broken and very dusty. The sockets in the bedroom were behind the bed. When we pulled the bed out to use them, again it was extremely dusty. Also, a number of windows were loose affecting the sound proofing. The mirror in the bathroom was also loose. However, these minor complaints did not detract too much from a very enjoyable stay. |

Very convenient for the city centre shopping and nightlife plus they were nicely decorated and very clean. The mattress on the bed was too soft |

Apartment was excellent, once you got into the apartment. First impressions were dreadful, bird poo everywhere and vomit that stayed in place all weekend. The entrance was no better than an NCP carpark stairwell. The apartment was well equipped and very comfortable. Blackout blinds in the bedrooms would be very useful when you have kids staying as it was bright at 4am. |

great locality, easy to walk to restaurants, sights etc. Kitchen well kitted out.Very quiet location so restful sleep in comfy beds. Bonus to have parking space shower tiny would benefit from soap holder/shelves |

We actually stayed at Holyrood Apartments which are managed by St Giles. Apartment was just off The Royal Mile, not far from Holyrood Castle, Train Station and in a nice quiet location with parking. Apartment was quite spacious. Certainly enough room for the four adults that went on the trip. The maintenance of the apartment looked very slap hazard. Paint work very dirty in places. Bathroom floors definatley need replacing. And a very stale damp smell when we first arrived. This went after the first night. Carpets had stains all over them. However in balance was no worse than a chain hotel group. |
