This is the second time we have stayed here with our grandchildren and we have enjoyed it both times . My 13yr old granddaughter loved her room very grown up, room 22 we will be back.
the plus was that the breakfast was lovely & the restaurant was very nice
hated room, very basic, phone was filthy & room dated but we hardly slept with the constant noise-walls wafer thin & could hear the bar noise, other rooms & outside-never again
The staff were very helpful, and we were given the type of room we requested. Breakfast was lovely, with a good choice, and we enjoyed the leasure facilities
loved the entertainment day and evening. we went with our grown up family and the grandchildren, they had a great time. pool area was good as well, they loved it.food was nice and very reasonable.will stay again.
nothing to comment on.
needs upgraded urgently games room more non working games more staff at busy itmes
location, food, clean.
basic accomodation. highly chlorinated indoor pool.
Easy access to the town - pleasant walks -very restful.
Only buffet available.
Great family hotel. Perfect location. Lovely staff. Something to do for all ages. Will definitely book again.
Great location near beach.pier & town. Nice enough staff. Nice pool. Good breakfast. Room itself was spacious but not great view from small window. Not bad for what we paid and a two star.
Our stay was reasonable and we were overal happy ,however i was left with a bad taste in my mouth by the fact our room wasnt connected to the main hotel and involved walking to the side and back of the hotel to get there Which was a pain having to carry my 1 year old in the rain .Also the play area needs a upgrade but glad it was there.
Friendly staff, great wifi, good location, good breakfast and nice lounge. Comfortable hotel overall and I would stay there again.
Room was a bit small and the pillows were anemic.
Good value ,old fashioned style of seaside hotel . May not suit all . Book a room within striking distance of the reception . Great location for a hotel and good parking facilities and leisure facilities nearby .
Long walk to room 56 and no help offered
Value for money (b&b). Child friendly. Lots to keep children busy.Friendly helpful staff.Good entertainment.
Room tired. Evening meal overpriced and not great quality (ate out on 2nd night). Damp smell in outside foyer area - offputting.Young staff worked hard and were very helpful but distinct lack of more experienced personnel.
Swimming pool and sauna and very friendly staff
very clean nice room with television the price is good compared with the crap blackpool boarding houses for the same price bus stop 5 mins walk away
every thing excellent, breakfast very good, with a large selection. would stay again
the hotel and area very good Breakfast had plenty of choice next time we come will be Mon to Fri
Fri and Sat i do like children but there were to many for me
Good hotel, friendly staff. Good food.
The rooms were too hot.
Position of hotel, good parking. Large Reception area.
Felt hotel was a little dated and the beds we had were uncomfortabhle.
very good location on St Annes Sea Front ,close to the Square and Pier.good location to get into Blackpool and other attractions(Lytham,Wrea Green,Preston).Breakfast was good and the staff very helpful
The room was rather small and needed renovating a bit grubby,
Position of hotel,plenty parking spaces,pool,kids entertainer,restaurant on site,good breakfast,lots going on
Very dated, needs a lot of money spending on it,shabby decor, bathrooms awful, some rooms very difficult to get to with babies or old people, pool area needs updating, pool quite cold for young children
We were in the annex or porta cabins. I didn't know we would be there. The receptionist said it would have said on the confirmation. Hmm-must have been in the fine print. Maybe I didn't see it because I didn't expect a hotel to have porta cabins around the back
feels like home from home
breakfast waitresses little rude
It was within easy access tourist attractions.Very comfortable and safe.
Breakfast wasnt as good as last time we visited.
It was a friendly helpful hotel & the grandchildren loved the holiday, which is a bonus with 3 young kiddies, meals were very good, hotel very central for everything
The family room was a little small for 2 adults 2 boys, & a baby cot
We love the children's entertainment, when the children are happy then everyone is. Can't fault it.
Bar a little expensive
