I would recommend this hotel to anyone: clean, renovated hotel on top location with friendly staff. Rooms (even exec rooms) are a little bit small and the top floors (5 & 6) have a lot of noise from the airco and ventilation systems. |

Service was excellent, concierge and reception very helpful, great breakfast. Rooms a little small but beds enormous and sooooo comfy! Be back soon! Lack of kettle in room was the only small negative. |

The staff and service was exceptional. Warm attentive, and very unstuffy.Very stylish, and comfortable throughout.Location was great as well as being quite and exclusive. Breakfast was excellent although a little expensive. Special mention to Tony who works as conciege, ultra helpful, knowledgeable and approachable.Home from home little gem. Room a little small, but beautifully formed |

The bed was very comfortable and the room was well appointed. The staff was most helpful and friendly. The room was uncomfortably small. There was no hot water kettle, coffee or tea in the room. Restaurant prices were outrageous - $15 for a glass of house wine and breakfast was $30. |

The location of the hotel was excellent. Walking distance from major attractions, Green Park tube station and bus station. Everything in the hotel room including bed and bad were too large and tall, especially for a short person like me. Would probably be perfect for a person 6 feet tall! |

El trato ha sido exquisito, típico inglés, muy acogedores. el hotel es precioso, y está situado en un sitio inmejorable.La cama y las almohadas eran estupendas Pasamos un poco de frío; las ventanas no eran muy herméticas con lo que la calefacción no fue lo suficientemente fuerte. |
