Nice and helpful staff. Clean room and good bathroom. Excellent value for money for short stay. Good connection to Tower Hill and Bank stations. The location is nothing special, but that's o.k. for the price you pay.

Quiet! Location close to Limehouse Station and close to good restaurants along the river. Simple but very clean, modern rooms, self-service breakfast, very helpful staff. B&B only was fine for me; tea and coffee in the room too. Nothing. (Doesn't bother me, but as they warn there is no TV in the rooms.)

Beautiful and quiet hotel. Not so close to center of the city, very desert surroundings, especially in the evening

Wonderful spot! A hidden gem! It exceeded our expectations in every way. Staff excellent; friendly and efficient. Could use some more towel bars in the bathroom.

Friendly, quiet, clean & comfortable. A quiet haven with a lovely garden. Excellent continental breakfast with good choice. Not the most convenient location but easy to get in & out of London with DLR & tube.

A really excellent place to stay in totality. Clean, comfortable, quiet and with really friendly and professional staff. A "place in the country" yet in the middle of east London! Shower was a bit fiddly.

A very comfortable room in an un-pretentious facility. The staff were helpful. The breakfast was continental with a wide selection and I found more than ample quantity.

Good value price Comfortable beds Very clean Quiet Handy location for DLR "Wet room" style shower room leads to messy wet floor. It was a disabled friendly room, although this was not requested, so perhaps they are not all shower rooms are not the same.

Lovely, quiet location, but convenient for the city. Nearby walking (around Limehouse and along the river) is good. Peaceful atmosphere. Room was excellent (but note I got a double room for one person). The breakfast is very good; the dining area and lounge are lovely, especially the bits overlooking the garden. Felt like a sanctuary. Will definitely return if the rate is as good as it was (60 for a double for one person). People speaking loudly on the phone in the next room until late into the evening. Not the hotel's fault, I know, but it spoiled the peaceful atmosphere somewhat. It would be good for staff to remind guests not to speak so loudly. This doesn't seem unreasonable given the special nature of the place.

The architecture design of the buildin was very good. When you enter from the main gate you can feel comfortable and calm. But the rooms are not so like the main building. The design of the rooms should be better. And the breakfast also should be better. The Variety of the breakfast was poor. There should be some fresh cheese options.

The staff was super-friendly and responded immediately to our requests! The room was very clean but there was no hands soap in the bathroom. The hotel is ideally located within walking distance to Limehouse DLR which is frequently connected to the city centre. Also if you are travelling by car, there is free gated parking (CCTV in operation) just in front of the hotel. Perfect! The breakfast was too poor for that kind of hotel. Could be better.
