Pippa & Phil were both fantastic, the house and grounds are stunning . Breakfast and treats areabsolutely marvellous. Wonderful relaxing stay, cannot wait to go back. Such a friendly, warm and fun place to stay.
There was not anything to dislike
Hosts were very welcoming with tea and homemade cake and full of information on local attractions. Brilliant breakfast with homemade bread a speciality. A home from home.
The proprietors were very friendly and more than helpful to meet every need. The breakfast was as good as any 5* hotel if not better! Even the bread was home baked as was the jams/preserves - I could go on....
Absolutely nothing to dislike.
We stayed at the guest house whilst competing at Ironman Wales in Tenby and Pippa and Phil could not have been more accommodating, doing everything they could to make preparation for the event as easy and as less stressful as possible: they got up at 4.30am to make the competitors breakfast, ferried some of the spectators back and forth from the guest house and allowed us to use their kitchen to cook the pre-race meal. The location is stunning with beautiful views over Caldey Island whilst the rooms were comfortable, very clean and nicely decorated. There was also the bonus of tea and home baked cakes on arrival. We could not have got luckier with our choice of accommodation
From the minute we arrived we were looked after extremely well. We stayed in 2012 and that was excellent since then the house has new owners and they have top trumped the previos owners.
From start to finish an amazing experience. It exceeded everything we could've hoped for. I am really glad Pippa and Phil want to share such a beautiful place and paired with the perfect hosts made this break one of the best we've had. Can't wait to come back soon.
Pippa & phillip were lovely and couldn't do enough to make our stay the best it could be. Excellent breakfast kept us going all day. Location beautiful. Good choice of room hot drinks Daily room service Great shower & complimentary toiletries
Room slightly on the small side but all else good
The wonderful home baked breads and breakfasts
This was our first visit to Tenby and we will surely return. And if we do I am sure we will stay here again - if we can get in! Philip and Pippa are delightful hosta and welcome you to their home like old friends. The breakfast is superb -probably the best we've ever had. Pippa knows all about the local area...and the old church and healing wells in the grounds are an unexpected delight. Thank you.
We had no choice, but we'll try to get a bigger room next time.
easy reach of Tenby.....countryside setting.....choice of breakfasts.....superb room.....friendliness of hosts.
Pipa Phil Breakfast Honesty bar Phils bread Lovely room Great welcome
There is nothing we didn't like
The location and setting was picture perfect.but it is Pipper and Phil who made us feel very welcome in their guesthouse. The attention to detail which makes you feel important. (not just here your keys number 3).
Everything about The St Lawrence Country Guest House was wonderful, the rooms, the meals and the individual attention that makes it a pleasure to be there. From arrival until departure nothing was too much trouble.
I felt very welcome at St Lawrence Country Guest House before I even left my home! Pippa phoned me, in reply to my email, and checked in detail what we could and couldn't eat for breakfast as vegans. She was so considerate and thoughtful. When we arrived Pippa and Phil were so friendly and helpful, and Jackson was adorable. The room was very clean and comfortable. The grounds were beautiful and we loved visiting the old church. The location was great as we didn't want to stay in Tenby itself, but preferred a peaceful stay in the countryside. It was a very short drive to Tenby. (We parked in the multi-storey car park by Sainsbury's - on the top floor you can park all day for £2). Breakfast at St Lawrence Country Guest House was very relaxed with fantastic views. I loved Phil's bread and his 3 fruit marmalade. Pippa and Phil went to a lot of effort to buy various almond and soya products to give us choices for our breakfast. They go above and beyond. It's obvious that they really want to make their guests comfortable - and they most certainly succeed. I would definitely go back to St Lawrence Country Guest House and highly recommend it to anyone. A fantastic place to stay, great views and the most lovely people.
pippa and Philip were the most wonderful hosts, they make you feel so comfortable and welcome in there home. Philips Breakfasts have to be seen to be believed, he bakes the most wonderful bread daily,Pippa finds time to have a chat with you at anytime, memories to keep and treasure. We will certainly be staying with them again in the future. John & Gwen from Lancashire.

This is a really wonderful place to stay fantastic accommodation, food and welcome. Would highly recommend it to others & we will go back.
Can't think of anything
The warmth of the welcome, the amazing breakfasts, the wonderful views and the great location. Philip and Pippa are both charming professional and welcoming. We were made to feel comfortable and relaxed. Can't speak highly enough of our visit.
I haven't a single critisism.
Everything especially the breakfasts which my wife and myself enjoyed immensely. The location was great for those who wish the try different places. Our hosts poppa & Philip really put themselves out to go the extra mile.
Everything the breakfast was one of the best I've ever had. The rooms were very clean and comfortable
Nothing no complaints at all
breakfast choices great and delicious room fantastic all round brilliant
Everything!! The Raphael room had everything we needed, was spacious & clean and the bathroom was perfect. Pippa made us very welcome on arrival. Phil's breakfasts & particularly his home-made breads were wonderful. Pippa even gave us a lift into Tenby in the evening to a lovely restaurant that she had recommended. We will definitely be returning!!
beautiful grounds amazing breakfast wonderful hosts
We liked everything but next time we will book a room overlooking the gardens
Personal attention and friendliness of owners was second to none.Beautiful views in marvellous grounds. Home products such as own breads and fruit. Perfect hosts in a beautiful setting.
Everything about this B+B was just right for us. A short distance by car to Tenby yet fantastic views of Caldey Island and surrounding countryside. Large breakfasts with lots of home-made produce. Nothing was too much trouble for the proprietors.
