Clean and comfortable. Fine for a short say.

Avoid the dinner in the restaurant, better off heading into Dover.

Thin curtains allowed lots of light in to the room early in the morning The bed had springs that could be felt when lying on it

close to white clifts and dover castle. Swiming pool,sauna and spa stuff free for who stays in the hotel.

Great location if you've come to see the white cliffs of Dover. Clean, neat, tidy room, looks like the pictures on the website. Excellent staff service.

I only stayed one night and had an early boat departure. The rooms were tidy and very nice. The staff was friendly and welcoming...

no internet in the rooms!!!! Only in the common areas.

Staff, especially, was energetic, thoughtful, and enthusiastic. The location, close to the cliffs gave me the opportunity for a remarkable experience.

No sign at road entrance to indicate that the hotel was in the holiday complex.

1. outer door handle was loose 2. light fitting in bathroom was hanging down exposing electrical wires 3. food was slow coming out and when it did eventually come out, one side was cold (due to it being microwaved food)

It was convenient to our friend's celebration.

I have only one complaint - but it is a very big one. On entering the room it stank of cigarette smoke - this is illegal apart from being disgusting. I had to get a Room Spray from Reception, I sprayed the room, bedding, curtains, carpet etc five times and had to sit in the room with the patio doors open for two hours to try and rid the room of the awful smell so we could sleep in it later. The excellent spa facilities and the gym

Some of the furniture is quite run down, but I suppose the price makes up for this.

The helpfulness of the night staff to make our short stay very comfortable. The rooms are very spacious and well appointed.

One sachet of milk was opened and sour, The off and on switch on the kettle was not working in bedroom number2. The sliding doors on the ground floor could not be opened, so the night staff kindly accommodated us in a room upstairs.

Fantastic pool

Horrible microwaved food in the restaurant. Very hard beds and flat pillows.

Good facilities, and spacious clean bedrooms.

Breakfast quite expensive and took quite a while for us to be served as no one there untl after 7.30am opening time. Also a little bit further out than first led to believe.

We had a wonderful overnight stay on the way to France, meeting our son and grandchildren at the Hotel. The pools are really lovely, the food and service was excellent.
