Location is OK.
Rooms are very small. Rooms in the basement are very noisy. Internet is not for free.
Good location 3 minutes from tube, modern rooms, fair price
No lift. Wifi is very expensive. No wardrobe in room. Breakfast is quite poor.
Location, clearness, en suite bathroom, price. Breakfast was okay (boiled eggs, toasts, cheese, cereal, milk, filter coffee, tea and orange juice).
Small and stuffy dining room. Also there's no lift, so think twice if you've big luggage bags.
The room was clean, the breakfast staff was helpful (only if you went before the close, sounds fair) and the property was really well located.
The charge you an extra 5% when you pay with a credit card (which wasn't listed on booking). The internet wifi extra, and the front desk guy wasn't polite at all.
Was not treated properly upon Reception.
I liked the location,is very close to Earls Court Station and the main street full of supermarkets, shops and restaurants. the rooms are very warm and the staff helpful and client oriented.
just 3 things...1.The room was very little;2.the hotel doesn't have an elevator 3. breakfast was very poor in a small room and I had to wait others to eat before I could enter ...not close of what I read on the internet.
location, silence, kind staff, clean room
too expensive, breakfest very simple, cold room
Cost of stay. Friendly guy on reception.
Furniture in room was really ripped and shoddy. Barely enough room to move past each other in the bedroom,
Great area very close to tube station.
Convenient location close to the Tube, friendly staff, clean and comfortable room.
Not very wide variety of breakfast menu
- close to metro, nothing more
- room in the basement - breakfast only bread, egg, one type of cheese, jam and coffee - very expansive WiFi like in Afrika - you need to pay for normal European power adapter, - noisy surroundings, - 4% commission from credit card payment
The location was very good and also it was reasonable value for money.
The breakfast area was really very small. The bedroom was at the top floor. To go down to breakfast one had to negotiate over 90 steps and the same again to go back to bedroom. There was no free Wifi in the hotel and to use it was really expensive.
Very close to the train station and many restaurants on Earl's Court Road and yet the room was quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Great location near tube. It was a place for us to sleep but that's about it. No frills.
Staff were not especially friendly but not rude either. Shower was scalding hot and couldn't control the temperature well.
- 24-hour reception - Possibity to store our luggage
- Wifi did cost 2 pounds for an our and it didn't even work in our room. You had to fill in three codes again and again. In that hour we had 45 minuts annoyance troubling with the connection and the codes en 15 minuts internet. - Breakfast was very simple
Close to Earls Court tube. Recently renovated . Free breakfast . Fridge and microwave in room. Young female staff helpful and friendly.
Bed or mattress on a slope. Door accidentally left open by staff, but they were very apologetic . Toilet badly placed in bathroom, knees touching shower screen !
Location was great, 2 mins walk to Earls Court Tube
Location is good
Small dirty room
Staff was very helpful. Location is great. Close to Earls Court metro station. Clean room for good price
The location is great, the street is calm and it has a lot of facilities nearby. The room has microwave and kettle, so it is good to save some money
The staff at the recepcion was unpleasant, the hotel didnt have electrical outlets compatible with european chargers and the staff wanted to make more money by selling adapters instead of making them available as a service. The overall aspect of the hotel is very poor, there was a vacumer in the entrance when we arrived, boxes stacked in the recepcion, and towels spread all over them. There were hairs in the fridge of the room. The breakfast is very poor as well. It is really odd to have to pay for Internet as well, they just want to gain money with every single thing. we know it is not a 5 stars hotel, but it not deserve nor the 3 stars. just bad..
Really kind and understanding hosts. Very well organised. Very nice clean rooms, lovely breakfast. There were even lots of DVDs to watch if you fancy a film in the evening. Excellent location for exploring the beautiful places in Cornwall, which unfortunately we didn't have time to do.
Nothing. everything was great!
The man on reception was very helpful when we arrived. The kitchen staff were good.
We stayed in room 3 and whoever laid the floorboards need shooting. The floorboards are ridged and a hazard. The floor feels squidgy. The bathroom smelt of sewerage.
the area the price was fair clean bathroom and room
the bed was itchy the breakfast was poor
Good location. Quiet street. Beware residential parking restrictions
Cleanliness and location
Noise, our room is near the kitchen..
