Big room for price tea coffee
Bit dark leading upto room
Large room and nice bathroom. The room had a small fridge a microwave and a kettle.
The room upstairs was very noisy and sounded like it was overcrowded. The sheets did not look very clean.
Great location, under 15 by tube to the Westminster area.
Very small room and bed fit against the wall. I'm 6'4 and struggled a bit where to put my legs
Excellent location, super clean and comfy rooms. Also very friendly and helpful hotel staff. A gem of a hotel in an exceptional central location. Highly recommended!
For the amazing price, fab location in a lovely part or London. Rooms are a good size with nice bathroom, tv, fridge etc.
That you had to pay for wifi
Proximity to the tube and local shopping.
I tried to cancel our booking because there were no lifts and I couldn't use stairs, but was unable to cancel. Was told that there were ground floor rooms available which we thought ok. When we arrived we found that we had to walk down 14 steep stairs if we wanted to eat breakfast which was included in the tariff. This fact was not revealed. Would not recommend for older travelers.
Very Poor Breakfast Extremely Small Spaces Dirty Blanket Broken Door Horrible View
Size of room and beds was absolutely rediculous, when we asked to get a refund and change hotel we were denied and had to stay...
Many restaurants near hotel. Short walk to underground and a large Sansbury store.
Ordered room for 4, got 2 regular beds and one bed which was 120cm wide, which is small for 2 adults. Some of the staff were not so helpful or didn´t speak good english and the WiFi you could pay for only works on one device and is very overpriced
Great location, friendly staff, clean room,
It was a bit cold at night
Staff and beds.
No elevator (lift) in the hotel we stayed in the top floor and we had to carry the bags all the way up.
Room was great heating was on extra heater in room didn't need it TV tea coffee milk fridge WiFi toilet shower brilliant hair dryer towels very clean and would like to say big thanks to the manager I received a parking ticket outside and he paid half a misunderstanding might have been my Scottish Glaswegian accent really appreciated thankyou great hospitality
Location is OK.
Rooms are very small. Rooms in the basement are very noisy. Internet is not for free.
Good location 3 minutes from tube, modern rooms, fair price
No lift. Wifi is very expensive. No wardrobe in room. Breakfast is quite poor.
Location, clearness, en suite bathroom, price. Breakfast was okay (boiled eggs, toasts, cheese, cereal, milk, filter coffee, tea and orange juice).
Small and stuffy dining room. Also there's no lift, so think twice if you've big luggage bags.
The room was clean, the breakfast staff was helpful (only if you went before the close, sounds fair) and the property was really well located.
The charge you an extra 5% when you pay with a credit card (which wasn't listed on booking). The internet wifi extra, and the front desk guy wasn't polite at all.
Was not treated properly upon Reception.
I liked the location,is very close to Earls Court Station and the main street full of supermarkets, shops and restaurants. the rooms are very warm and the staff helpful and client oriented.
just 3 things...1.The room was very little;2.the hotel doesn't have an elevator 3. breakfast was very poor in a small room and I had to wait others to eat before I could enter ...not close of what I read on the internet.
location, silence, kind staff, clean room
too expensive, breakfest very simple, cold room
Cost of stay. Friendly guy on reception.
Furniture in room was really ripped and shoddy. Barely enough room to move past each other in the bedroom,
Great area very close to tube station.
Convenient location close to the Tube, friendly staff, clean and comfortable room.
Not very wide variety of breakfast menu
- close to metro, nothing more
- room in the basement - breakfast only bread, egg, one type of cheese, jam and coffee - very expansive WiFi like in Afrika - you need to pay for normal European power adapter, - noisy surroundings, - 4% commission from credit card payment
The location was very good and also it was reasonable value for money.
The breakfast area was really very small. The bedroom was at the top floor. To go down to breakfast one had to negotiate over 90 steps and the same again to go back to bedroom. There was no free Wifi in the hotel and to use it was really expensive.
Very close to the train station and many restaurants on Earl's Court Road and yet the room was quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful.
