Close to station Kitchen open to all throughout the day
Same breakfast everyday not really continental
Central very good location - few mins walk from Earl's Court underground station. Lots of facilities nearby: bars, fast-foods, supermarkets, banks, pharmacies, etc. I liked that the room window was large and could open more than at many other London hotels I've stayed in! The microwave and the small fridge are useful. The bathroom was clean and well equipped (actually quite big for not a too big room). Cleanliness. Friendly hotel staff. Wireless working well, even though payable. Good value for money.
Bit noisy at night because of the trains passing nearby. A lift would be really useful for upper floors, especially that the staircase is narrow. The light on the staircase was not working at floors 2 & 3. A luggage room if you need to leave the luggage for a short while after you check out would be useful.
lacking in breakfast sausages.
Easy access to metro.
Uncomfortable, extremely TINY SINK, unclean flooring, NO elevator. The hotel can not be recommended to family and friends.
Perfect location, close to Earl's Court underground. Nice breakfast. Great shower. They changed the towels and cleaned the room every day
The room for 4 people was really small. We barely got any space left in the room to walk. It looked like a ok room for 2; never 4. Very hot room with only one fan Beds not very confortable No elevator and no one to help with heavy bags
- good prize - not so far from city centre - undeground station is about 3 minutes (but one need to pay attention which way out to use;) - use lift!) - silent environment, nice to sleep there - friendly staff
- poor breakfest (only toast with cheese or jam or cornflakes) - small breakfest room, bit uncomfortable for me - on the stairs there was funky smell from painting. but room was ok
The room was a good size and suited our needs. The hotel had a friendly atmosphere and felt comfy to be stay at. The location was perfect for our visit and in all was good value for money.
The eating area was small and there was a lack of option as to what you could have to eat. One of our group complained their bed was dirty however my own was fine.
Good location, peaceful room, free breakfast, staff is great
From shower we got only one temperature lukewarm water, room was warm with view of the rear portion and with small window for ventilate.
The location so close to tube. The staff were polite and helpful. The bed was comfy and at the back so very quiet at night.
the room was cleaned daily and it was quiet.
the staff, lack of ironing board, no A\C just old and not nice.
Small room but for the price & location excellent value for money
Not a lot of choice for breakfast for £135 a night.
The location is very strategic
Pre authorised debit were not refunded after few days.
Excellent location, very central to many shops and the metro
No tissue boxes or soap Overpriced Small rooms No escalators
Friendly and helpful staff. Clean room. Good beds. Newly renovated bathroom. Nice breakfast (not luxurious, but nice). Great location. Close to Earls Court Tube Station which is the Piccadilly Line so it's very easy to get to and from Heathrow. Also quick and easy to get to Central London.
Room was nice but small for three people. Wi-Fi was expensive (should be free in the year 2014!) and the connection in our room (room number 3) was very unstable. All in all it was still a nice hotel and we enjoyed staying there.
No moquet in the bedroom and bathroom recently renovated.
Really small bedroom. Do not book a cab via receptionist. They will call a private taxi service, more expensive than the ordinary cabs.
Great location, near the tube, very friendly and helpful staff! Nice room and bathroom, clean, fitted with a fridge & great microwave. It was our second time there ;-))
the breakfast room a bit too small
Location was ideal close to earls Court station
Breakfast was a bit basic
Cleanliness, the female staff very thoughtful and ready. Location very close to Earl's court station and very close to a M&S simply food shop. The brakfast was good.
found it pricey since it does not offer things like wifi connection, elevator.we arrived the facilty early around noon but couldn't check in because it was available until 14:00 hrs so we went to the citty and came back until night. and we got a room in the third floor and we carried heavy luggage, i think we could have got a better room if the guy had considered that we arrived earlier that day.
no lifts and stairs were very hard for my mother who is 70 years old.
Great location lovely new shower room
Bedroom furnishings were tired
The location of the hotel is very good, the tube station is close to the hotel or one can walk around and easily and quickly reach some of the must see museums. We enjoyed our stay though we were given a room with three beds (a double and 2 singles) It was funny. The breakfast was poor but for this price that's fine. You still can enjou a cup of coffee or tea and nice toasts!
No closets, one available nightstand in a room slated for three. One has no room to unpack yet no place to put the luggage other than the bad. The shower in fair but the think is very small. Floors were not cleaned properly.
Great hotel to stay if you're looking for a place in the center. Rooms are kept clean, perfect location, good neighbourhood. I strongly recommend it!
