Service was impeccable: we got a top floor room and enjoyed splendid views. Good restaurant and modern design profile made our stay very pleasant. Breakfast was complimentary and we were upgraded to a superior room, because our booked room had a funky smell No downsides |

Stayed for 4 days, the bed was turned down only once. Has a very impersonal, cold look and feeling. Rooms are small, poor lighting, poorly made hotel services guide. Asked the concierge to suggest a nice restaurant, he booked us one, not even bothering to propose a few alternatives. The restaurant turned out to be a cheap, smelly place, not the kind you would expect a 5 star hotel send you to. Could not arrange an entree to the nightclub at the hotel itself. Not woman friendly, very poor choice of hygiene and beauty items, the vanity case contained 1 (one) cotton pad, never gotten another one. How one is supposed to remove make up during 4 days with one cotton pad? |

Rather an unpleasant, anonimous hotel but being in the center of the national galery and the theatres is a real asset (I could walk to the N.t crossing the waterloo bridge). Quite a few things I did not like about the hotel |

The rooms have a lot of funky details and the Light Bar is fun. Also, the location is excellent. Given the price and the expectations, I was really disappointed by the size of the rooms. They are literally shoebox size. |

the room was truly astonishing - particularly the bathroom. The design is gorgeous. The staff were all really, really lovely. room service is incredibly expensive. Actually, without the booking.com deal, we never would have been able to stay there as the room costs are incredibly high. Honestly, though I loved the room, it wouldn't have been worth the full price. |

La localización es perfecta, la decoración, la amabilidad del personal. El hotel es diferente de los que habitualmente encontramos en Londres. Las habitaciones son amplias, bonita decoración. Me gustó mucho el restaurante Asia de Cuba, muy recomendable. Volveré. Los viernes y sábados el Light Bar del hotel cierra a las 3 p.m. y desde mi habitación en la primera planta se oía la música muy alta. Me cambiaron al día siguiente de habitación, sin poner ningún problema, a una de la cuarta planta con unas vistas realmente espectaculares. |

la déco de la chambre , les grandes baies donnant sur la ville ( 6ème étage coin du batiment) , la déco de l'hôtel très originale , et la situation près de Covent Garden impeccable ! nous y retournerons sans problème! |
