Reception staff - could not do enough to help, they were very polite, professional and we were given an immediate upgrade as our room was not ready. (Thank you Paris) The room - absolutely gorgeous, very clean, spacious and had everything we could have required. The hotel overall is beautiful and very well presented and we loved our stay! We will definitely be back!
The bar staff that night - not a big problem however they did not realise we were staying the night and were a little bit funny about times we could drink until and paying the bill even though I wanted to do it there and then.
Location, Location, Location
2 x asked for a newspaper but did not get one. Bedding too hot for comfort.
Staff were really polite, rooms were clean. Great location.
Taps were hard to turn on when your hands were wet
great location with friendly staff. would recommend to anyone
only negative would be it can get a little loud late at night which can interrupt sleep
Our second stay at this unique and beautiful hotel. We loved: -The hotel design - Newly refurbished rooms - Super water pressure in the shower - The super friendly staff - The Light Bar - The toiletries (Malin & Goetz) - Great location - all of central London is in walking distance - No fuss late checkout If budget allows go for a Deluxe King!
Prices at the Light Bar are steep but service very good. Leaving!
No hotel name and number outside the building. Crazy idea. No tea and coffee available in room but had to ask for it. Expensive breakfast. Shower in room. No bath.
Sound of ppl around us and water flow in the room.
Room, Location and Staff
Location is excellent.
Modern and basic. Pay for everything mentality.
The location of the hotel was excellent being right in the centre of theatre land The room had some nice touches such as mood lighting and even an umbrella in the room. The bed was comfortable and despite its location the hotel, once inside the room was very quiet.
The design features of the hotel looked 'WOW' but were not always practical. We found the lighting in the corridor very dim. The sink in the bathroom looked stunning but I couldn't actually fit my hand under the running water as the tap was placed too close to the sink bowl. Tea and coffee was available via room service with no kettle provided in the room. Breakfast was not included in our package- the price for breakfast was £25 each which I thought was a bit expensive.
Loved the colour light settings Room was a good size, clean and good facilities
Building works outside the hotel started between 8:30am and 5:30pm - woke us up.
Location Great staff
The room was very big The bed was comfy The shower was perfect The mini bar was well stocked The staff were exceptional, very friendly Never heard any noise from outside or disturbing guests The restaurant was TO DIE FOR Would love to stay again!
The TV had a bit of a blip and kept freezing The air conditioning kept switching itself off
view and quality of room
i pod dock charger did not work
Close to theatre and bars. Lovely helpful staff Comfortable beds and bedding Free Gymbox entry with marvellous equipment
Great location staff friendly and attentive
When calling on the phone to comfirm staff were slow and not so helpful
Fantastic hotel in an excellent location
Staff and room.
Patio was extremely small no resemblance to the photo. Had to call for tea and coffee and 1 small water left complimentary. Turndown service was extremely early
The location was awesome very central. Also the rooms very trendy and comfortable. I would stay again
Lack of door on the toilet
Asia de Cuba was delicious
Rooms very poor and small.
Amazing location, large room by London standards (standard queen) and the staff were absolutely fantastic. Warm and friendly and could not so enough for us. Fantastic stay. The light bar is also fab!
Asia de Cuba for dinner was a let down. Very expensive for not great tasting food sadly. There's so many fabulous restaurants close by, I'd choose another next time.
Service was fantastic! We were made to feel most welcome
We would have had breakfast if it was not so expensive.
Location for Central London is great. Restaurant is good, staff is friendly and helpful.
