The Park Plaza Westminster Bridge London is set across from the Houses of Parliament and Big Ben, on the South Bank. It is close to the London Eye, the Aquarium, restaurants and theaters.

The bedroom and particularly the bathroom
The air freshener pumped through the air con. It was hideous and made me feel nauseous. Also lack of Christmas ambience. I love minimalist but come on it is Christmas
The room was amazing Concierge fantastic Birthday experience never to be forgotten. Would totally recommend
Smoking rooms have a small balcony and are more comfortable
Non smoking rooms are small
The location was walking distance to everywhere. The comfort of the hotel is fab.
From the moment we arrived and were greeted by Andre, the door staff and introduced to reception, we felt warmly welcomed. We would highly recommend eating at the restaurant. The whole experience was amazing.
I took my older daughter (aged 8) to London for a night to see a show and do some shopping as a big treat. I picked this hotel primarily for location and price. And we weren't disappointed. It's 5 minutes walk from Trafalgar Sq, National Portrait Gallery, etc and only 15-20 mins walk from Westminster, London Eye, etc. The hotel has a classy but slightly funky and original design, with nice room decor too. The room was spacious, clean too, and thoughtfully appointed (favourite touches were the 'fast charge' USB socket, free BBC iPlayer for easy programmes for my daughter, and the plug socket next to the large mirror, 2ft from the floor for easy use). Breakfast is expensive in the hotel, but there are a wealth of choices for breakfast within 2-5 minutes walk. We went to Café Paul at the other end of New Row - wonderful French pastries. But there are a Starbucks and a Garfunkels within a couple of hundred yards if easier.
Not much, really. It was slightly disappointing that we had to wait until bang on 3pm to gain access to our room, but that IS their stated policy, so I can hardly blame them for that.
Great location clean tidy lovely staff
Price of drinks
The best possible location in central London. The staff was great, the room was good. The Gymbox was the best of all!..
The room was so cold, and no chance to increase the heat or stop the air conditioner blowing either...
Location, politeness and helpfulness of the staff
Very priceyfor a small room but I guess all London hotels are on a similar level. Breakfsat is expensive.
De staff was incredibly nice and efficient. A real joy, a piece of haven in a very busy city
Excellent price for a brilliant 5* hotel. Our room was decorated to a high standard and had some interesting and quirky features. Loved the touch of housekeeping lighting the tea lights in our bathroom. Would definitely stay again.
View from room, the bed and great rum bar.
Had a suit, no tea or coffee making facilities in room. Had to go over to Starbucks in the morning.
The rooms, the service, the upgrade.
Nothing everything was perfect.
Staff helpful all the time, without exception. Can't beat the location. As returning customer received unexpected bottle of Prosecco! Unexpected strawberries dipped in chocolate.
Bar bill in their ground floor Lounge very strong! No hot drink making facilities in room. Needed more mineral water.
not getting breakfast included
Fantastic location! Great gym! Great bar! Cool lobby...
Small room, small tv. Some front desk staff rude...
Staff extremely friendly and helpful Can't wait to go back again Fantastic location to all attractions especially to Theatre land and main landmarks
The room bar prices were far too high - I recently stayed in a boutique hotel in central Edinburgh and they charged slightly higher than bar prices which is fair, however it just put me off using that part of the service
Felt very plush and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was first class: a design in simple elegance
Like all these Central London hotels, the breakfast is grossly overpriced. Excellent but overpriced.
We had newly refurbished room which was lovely
For the price of the rooms i feel that breakfast should be included
ambiance, staff, decor and location all excellent. Not cheap but very much in line with a hotel of this quality in London
Would have liked to have been able to stay longer
Reception staff - could not do enough to help, they were very polite, professional and we were given an immediate upgrade as our room was not ready. (Thank you Paris) The room - absolutely gorgeous, very clean, spacious and had everything we could have required. The hotel overall is beautiful and very well presented and we loved our stay! We will definitely be back!
The bar staff that night - not a big problem however they did not realise we were staying the night and were a little bit funny about times we could drink until and paying the bill even though I wanted to do it there and then.

2 x asked for a newspaper but did not get one. Bedding too hot for comfort.
Yes, this is it! This hotel is a up-to-date beautiful boutique hotel. National gallery? 1 min walk. Covent garden? 3 min walk. British museum? 7 min walk. West-end theatres? All around here.
