Location close to city center and have private parking facility

Less furniture such as less number of chairs than number of people staying, leakage water tap

Location - as part of garden estate. Close to big shopping centres and not too far a walk to Cambridge City - via river or series of parks. Lots of room in apartment - three good size rooms and a robe/dressing room for suitcases.

Beds had metal springs sticking in our backs Needs some maintenance. Hole in wall, leaking taps, plug in en-suite would not seal, door handles broken - after two doors locked shut when handles fell out (luckily the robe connected to both rooms) we kept all doors propped open which effected our privacy. No instructions or welcome notes at all. Washing machine use was a leap of faith and Wi Fi had a badly scribbled row of letters and numbers on an envelope which we assumed was the password but we couldn't get it to work with any of the 15 plus options of networks our devices made contact with. No reply from staff when I emailed them requesting the network name or clarification of the password. No face to face contact with staff/property managers at all. No light bulbs in either of two lights in third bedroom - had to borrow one from a hall light. Microwave was very dirty and dishwasher still had food in the catcher. Overall, it was a beautiful unit in a great location that has been furnished and maintained on a budget and is not well managed. As such it should not be labeled as 'Luxury'.

The flat is spacious - ideal for a family; very good heating system - was very warm inside the flat while outside was snowing. Was not far from the city centre.

Lounge area small and only had one two seater sofa for everyone Fridge freezer and kitchen utensils dirty

We love everything clean, quite, specious, you give a call to the staff and they will come and sort out all your issues.... We just love it and the price is excellent we will use this apartment every month from now on.....at least everytime we do have to travel to cambridge.

None...all was amazing.... 20 of 10...5* will highly recommend

Close to town - 10 mins walk but quiet residential area. Value for Money if travelling with a group. Two bathrooms for a 3 bed apartment was good. ( Shame only single beds in the 2nd and 3rd beds.)

Lack of signage - it took us ages to find it once in the local area. Not enough cutlery and crockery - once you had used the one set you needed to ue dishwasher to have another clean cup. Could do with extra. Also towels were rather small for bath towels. Only one set of keys BUT a second set was provided on request - this is more practicall when you have a group of friends travelling together.

So much space for myself and my parents to stay comfortably, well-equipped kitchen, centre of Cambridge a bit of a walk but easy to get a taxi

WiFi password not working, although this did not adversely affect our weekend

Relaxing, good price, close to town centre.

Excellent facilities and space within easy walking distance of the City Centre and shopping centres.

It was hard to find but the staff gave excellent help.

Loved Cambridge a beautiful city with plenty to see and do, loved where apartment was located, beautiful surroundings

The apartment was filthy, someone had actually written in the dust on cooker extractor clean me, windows were covered in hand prints,tap in both bathrooms were constantly dripping,my husband reported this, tho' on looking through reviews on our return home it obviously has been like this for a while. If i had read the reviews before hand I would have not opted for this apt. Such a shame as it could be so lovely if it were clean.

Price

The apartment was not clean and the tag line of luxury apartment was very exaggerated, the fridge smelt foul, various lights didn't work, unpleasant smell throughout the flat, shower pressure was very weak and only one toilet was functioning. Towels provided were stained
