Everyone was friendly the hotel was clean rooms comfortable with good views over the golf course

The food was not very good in the evening, breakfast was excellent

All aspects of this hotel, we have been 4 times. Within easy reach of cornwall.

Would like better lighting in the bathroom especially above mirror.

Location, sorroundings, staff, layout, rooms, ambiance.

A quiet location which is ideal if you want to relax. The staff were very friendly and the food was very good

Lovely hotel, fantastic location. Wonderful for a golfing weekend. Rooms overlooking the golf course have the most beautiful view.

Beware!!! If you book this hotel and have a crisis and a need to change your booking they are totally inflexible so don't book if in any doubt of the certainty of your keeping the booking. I tried to change my booking as my Mother in law was very poorly but they wouldn't hear of it. As it happens I was able to keep the date but had anything happened I would have lost my money as payment is taken at the time of booking.

The menu in the restaurant is quite limited if you are vegetarian or just fancy something a little more healthy. The panache [ with a lot of dishes ] - was really just a very average mix of overcooked veg.

The chilli that I had in the restaurant was probably the worse chilli I have ever had! Which was a shame as the food I had on my last visit to this hotel was very good

The staff were fabulous and very helpful. The food was delicious and the room was great. We loved the swimming and jacuzzi. We wish we had more time at the hotel.

Good location for where I was working. Balcony overlooking the golf course

What a great find! The views from the bedroom balcony over the 18th hole were stunning. Pool, gym and spa were fabulous. Brasserie food quality excellent and plentiful. We didn't have much interaction with staff but reception were particularly friendly and efficient. The golf courses were amazing and we even had a free lesson. We will definitely return.

If I have to be picky, the wooden floors were quite noisy when people were moving about the corridors and I personally don't sleep well with foam pillows. I telephoned in advance to check that we had robes but when we arrived, I had to again ask for them. The Elemis toiletries weren't replaced for the 2nd night but arrived promptly when asked for.

Great staff, nice rooms, wonderful pool, good postition

Had to be moved again just when we had unpacked , last time we stayed on honeymoon we and to move as the rooms heating did not work , this time the bathroom floor was flooded. Staff sorted out problems immediately, but new room had no wifi and constant noise of water tanks filling. But views and balcony were great . We have been promised that our room will be triple checked next time we stay . !!!!

Rooms were large for a hotel of this type.Free internet Network cable internet available in room which was 20mb+.Wirelss in public area'sVery secure with free safe in room and a fob card required to get access to corridors as well as individual room.Although a spacious corporate style hotel still felt very at home as a couple on a leisure break.Very quiet location with no traffic noise.Big pool and Gym all inclusive.

One small criticism is that without a car getting around,if on holiday, would be difficult.

Excellent facilities at a cheep price

I liked that the receptionist walked us to our room and explained the features of the room. Made us feel like VIPs.

Make sure your address and name are correct on your bill when you check in as they cannot change details once you have checked in.

Excellent restaurant, pool and spa.

Hair dryer in room poor.

Friendly staff, great pool and excellent breakfast.

Stay was too short

The rooms were lovely, the food was amazing.

There was an older gentleman behind the nicholas bar on the Sunday of our visit (afternoon) who was really rude. He was the only one but as the rest were so good it was quite a shock. Kids were really screamy/loud in the bar by the spa.

Everything, consistant as usual

Fantastic venue great staff great food, It is one of the very few places i will return to enjoy & "chill out" do the things I want to do when I want to do them.

The weather However the complex more than makes up for this .

Double beds were two singles put together, centre section of the bed was very uncomfortable. Not what you expect from a resort of this standard and price.
