Location is excellent easy to find good sized accommodation comfy beds very clean sheets and towels heating was great

Shower was difficult to use in that it kept running hot (fine) but then cold & plug in bath didn't work, so difficult for children There appeared to be no switch to turn the light above bathroom mirror on or off..or it didn't work, although if you screwed bulb in it came on! Appt could have been cleaner especially kitchen Chair in lounge definitely needs replacing. Sofa bed in lounge also a bit jaded

Bright, clean, modern, spacious.

Apartment not insulated. Draught coming in under door and around windows. Heat had to be at 35 just to make room warm - waste of energy.

Plenty of space , well equipped for travelling with young children . Very good location .

The lift was broke and we had the apsrtment on the top floor .

The apartment had everything necessary for cooking and it was very clean.

Check in was fine and polite, however on entering Apartment we found that only 2/3 of the living room heaters were working. Leavin bathroom, hallway and all bedrooms ice cold, no hot water, no plug for bath and no wifi as advertised on the Internet. After complaining instantly we were told it would be rectified in the morning. However the repair man came at 1pm after we had left to go to work. When coming back we expected all to be fixed however we found the same problems and attempted to call again at 5:39pm but never got through so we sent messages. At 9:30pm we were offered to move apartments but were asked to catch taxi to the main office (15mins walk away) to collect the key. Not a good stay. £400 down the drain.

Good location. Generally the apartment was pleasant.

The shower was clearly broken and had been for some time before we arrived. We were unable have a shower I had to wash my hair in the sink. When we reported it they assured us that they would fix it the next day but did not. When we attempted to get the sofa bed out it fell to peices and we had to reassemble it. It was filthy underneath with huge dust balls. We tried to address this - we even took pictures but the staff have failed to respond or rectify this in any way.

We were told the flat would have a canal view which it didnt. When we arrived the flat smelt of cigarettes. We reported both of these issues to the staff and they were not dealt with.

the flat is really nice and big. great views from the tarrace. Good location close to the bus stop and underground. Lots of small cafes around. Fully fitted kitchen with all needed appliences for everyday cooking. AMAZING AND COMFORTABLE BEDS.Nice touches like small bars of soap or tea and coffe are really kind (as its not a hotel). Clean and nice place for anybody who wants to spend a few days in London

a few really small repairs would be essential as well as dropping a bit of paint in some places...but it dont really make any difference s flat is tidy and clean and comfortable which is the most important

Did not get the accommodation that we paid for. We paid for accommodation overlooking the canal and for a private bathroom. What we got was accommodation overlooking the busy Parcelforce depot with trucks going through all day and all night, no private bathroom and a window that let the snow through as it was too small and had daylight through it. Would not stay in that apartment again.

Well equipped kitchen which enabled us to be able to eat meals there when required. Beds were comfortable. Would recommend with reservation as location was pretty good

Didnt realise we had to collect the keys from a different venue (about a tube ride for us plus a 15 minute walk away, which is annoying in the snow with lots of bags). The place was pretty dirty-grease covevered glasses, dirty saucepans, cupboard fronts had dirty fingerprints and spills all over them. We were in an apartment on the street which was really noisy from 6am. Once I put in my head this place was like an upmarket backpackers I felt better about it.

The staff was very friendly, we were allowed to check in very early and the guy who was preparing the apartment was incredibly nice. It was very clean and the neighborhood was great. Easy to get to the center while at the same time Camden itself is a great place to stay!

The nod of the shower was broken. This was inconvenient.

- That we were given the impression that there was free cancellation when in fact this is not the case after 7 days prior to the booking. This is totally misleadiing when one books 7 1/2 days before. This is a serious point of order for Booking.com as well - that we were told after the 7 days - so too late to cancel - of all sorts of ridiculous "fines"and extras that Ryanair would have been proud of - that we had to collect the key at about 1 km distance from the flat itself, at the other side of the residence from St Pancras station - that the address where we had to get the key was very badly marked and we had to climb 2 flights of stairs with cases to get it - that we had to give our credit card details + signature on a piece of paper "on trust" or pay cash - very suspicious - that AMEX was not accepted - that the wash basin was unusable because it leaked straight onto the floor - that a plumber was promised before 10 am the next morning but never turned up, so had to enter the flat while we were not there - that there were no shops or anything within reasonable distance where groceries etc could be bought

Good sized two bedroom flat that was perfect for the 4 of us traveling together. It was about the same cost per night as 2 hotel rooms but had the added benefit of a kitchen and living room.

Check in was a little confusing. No cleaning during the stay. Also, the flat is a fair walk from the metro, their 7 minute estimate is VERY hopeful.

The apartment looked great as a whole, very modern. Bathroom was clean, as was the kitchen.

The bathroom leaked under the sink and extractor fan did little to ease the condensation. After 4 separate showers, the bathroom was completely soaked and dangerous to walk in. There were certain kitchen utensils missing, like kitchen knives, so we struggled to cut up vegetables to cook. The pull out bed was a nightmare to work and there were no instructions on how to do this. Took us a while to make the bed up.

It was quite a spacious apartment and it was not to far from the tube station.

A lot of the appliances did not work. The dishwasher did not work there were no plugs for the bath or the sink. The pull out bed was also not working. The lift does not go to the top of the apartment block.

The environment and it's easy access to everything that would make a holiday just perfect. Vaida was more than more helpful .
