Good job we had a signal on our mobile because we had to ring a number where in the background screaming kids so could not here the instructions well and person whom I was talking to didn't have time or patients.

Let ourselves in around 3.00. The location was closer than we thought which was perfect. Lovely quiet street and the price included a cooked breakfast. The room was really clean. The staff were friendly in the morning and happy to help.
We only stayed one night so not really a problem but it was cold and the bed was too small, advise splurging and getting a bigger room : )
super hostess three year old Ollie was a joy. Breakfast was outstanding homemade bread and loads of it lovely big pot of tea set you up for the day lovely.
Everything about our stay was excellent. Lovely owners/staff. We were first to stay in snickelways but everything was perfect. The bed was the comfiest we've slept in and breakfast was delicious. Will certainly stay there again.

Smart rooms, lovely service, very accommodating, good location, modern & comfortable rooms.
They need to install a wi-fi extender on the second floor; coverage was patchy and slow, but better on other floors (stayed on 1st floor for one night and it was very good there). The guy snoring on the second floor... but what can you do!
Fresh baked breads. French pressed coffee. Both full and continental breakfast. Large room, good lighting. Gracious, friendly hostess. Just blocks to many pubs, restaurants, groceries. Laundry services provided. Felt welcomed and cared for.
Bad attitude after pay
I received a phone call an hour after I left accusing me of smoking in the room (I don't smoke) that I was required to pay a hundred pound fine of course I refused however the evidence of a fag but in the guttering must have justified the hotel taking the money without my consent . I have taken it to the company I booked with who are investigating the matter.
Easily get to the city. Clean room.
No access to wifi. No car park.
Breakfasts and location . Staff very friendly

No parking available the place is locked down in residents parking This can cost you upwards of £12 per day thers a carpark about 10 minutes walk away I was told they have a few street permits but booking.com booking’s don’t qualify for some reason Room was not the cleanest also the second smaller bed was very uncomfortable We were all woken at 5-30 AM by the bin men - not there fault i guess Breakfast time is very limited 8 to 9 not much fun when you’re on holiday ! Oh and you’ll need to fill out a form to get it item by item
The location was close to all attractions in easy walking distance.Value for money.
