The food was amazing and value for money at the lower winter prices. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay with a trip to the theatre to see snow white on ice. This was our second time at this hotel and we will stay again!
Shame pool was closed due to problem with heater. A little cool for evening wear in the restaurant.
The staff are more than welcoming and friendly, quite area, good services.
The smell is quite annoy, the breakfast is less choices.
Everything - very attentive and friendly staff, excellent food, cosy bar, great location.
Room facilities were excellent
Didn't get chance to try the whirlpool bath
Cleanliness, comfort, snowy sheets, helpful, lovely staff
The kids loved the swimming pool, the staff were excellent,
We booked a double room for £114.00 but were able to up grade when we arrived for extra £15.00, we had a double room with four poster bed and a whirl pool bath. The breakfast was excellent I had the scrambled eggs which were light and creamy and my husband had the full English. We had our evening meal as well from the early menu which was also delicious and only 2 £15.00 for 2 courses or 3 courses for £20.00 staff were very helpful and friendly will be returning again soon.
Sea view room
Location Spa Bath Home Made Shortbread biscuits on arrival, unfortunately not repeated each night!
Room was a Fire Escape route, procedure not explained and security was compromised as door could always be opened by anybody from outside. Mini Bar had no price list and no suitable glasses for wine or champagne Molton Brown Toiletries were paltry, 3x30ml bottles only and not replenished without specific request at reception Food quality was only OK but not as expected from 2/3 rosette establishment. Especially the breakfast Decor & furnishings slightly dated. Feather Pillows too soft and we sufferred each night. General ambience & service: stuffy & not particularly friendly Overpriced & disappointingly not the 'Wonderland' experience we expected given the long history of top class accolades awarded to this establishment by AA, Conde Naste etc!
Everything about St. Tudno's is great!
Fantastic location with comfortable surroundings, parking at rear and excellent service and food. Looking forward to staying again soon.
Nothing to dislike!
Decor downstairs tasteful and in keeping with age of building. Parking available for a small number of cars. Most hotels in area had no parking.
Grout in bathroom needed attention. Breakfast not very flexible or value for money. Continental items could be made self service.
The service was excellent. The staff very attentive. I was very concerned about parking but the staff have it all under control so I had no worries. A most enjoyable stay.
The hotel was very good with no complaints. The food was excellent although maybe a little expensive on some things. We would certainly go again.
No 6 bedroom was a little on the small size and the bathroom was probably a little difficult with the sliding door , but as we booked on deal perhaps we had the smallest room.
Huge comfy bed and spacious room.Plenty of towels and bath products.Excellent breakfast with pleasant service.
Peculiar smell in wardrobe? This really needs looking at as it Made our clothes smell even after an air freshener was placed in the wardrobe.
Staff Breakfast - yummy Very comfortable Great with our dog
welcoming attentive staff. good food nice bar. close to promenade and shops
difficulty parking. noisy door to bathroom. menu was good but always the same
Small room and nothing replenished (tea, biscuits, milk, toiletries even toilet roll). Towels put to wash as per the hotels instructions were folded and placed back damp for reuse.
Lovely staff and owner could not do enough to help or make our stay pleasurable
Room getting a little tired especially bathroom and could probably do with a refurb.
Staff excellent, food and restaurant also excellent.
Swimming pool not in use and the parking not good.
Very pleasant and helpful staff. Great location, we went to watch tour of Britain cycle race and had the best view ever from the terrace -with a glass of wine ! The food was excellent too.
Room very small and a bit noisy from extractor fans over the kitchen
The staff were friendly and welcoming The swimming pool was a lovely oasis of peace and calm The location - right opposite the sea
The excellent food and service
We love this hotel
The friendliness and welcome from the staff -nothing too much trouble.
The staff especially friendly and helpful particularly to our 2 year old granddaughter, lovely food and nothing too much trouble - of course we would recommend the hotel to anyone.
