Fantastic location friendly hosts great open log fire in living room Home made bread in the morning with breakfast.
The shower was not great. Mind your head with the tv.!
Very friendly, good location in old town, traditional style . Good on price and happy to take one night bookings.
Would liked to have stayed longer.
Warm welcome after a taxing trek. Quiet room. Best breakfast of the week!
Lack of en suite though room had no room for one!
Owners were extremely courteous and helpful. Lovely room and plentiful breakfast. Room on ground floor was excellent
Peter and Daphne were perfect hosts and we never had a better and more lovely prepared breakfast! Will visit Lynton and the St. Vincent Guesthouse again on our next trip to England! Greetings from Austria, Julia & Markus
The hosts were polite and very helpful, the twin room at the top of the building was quaint, being small for a tall person, however it was comfortable. There was a bath only and to be honest if you walk around all day like we did you appreciate a good soak. Quite and centrally located with a pub next door that served a good dinner, i have no complaints. Breakfast was excellent. I was very happy with our stay and wanted an extra night.
Difficult to shower because of the slope of the roof, the stairs leading up to the loft, the facade and entrance are dated but that is a personal opinion.
Lovely room, comfortable bed, great breakfast, nice people.
lovely staff, excellent breakfast, comfortable room in nice setting
Had a lovely stay here, very friendly staff and breakfast was out of this world, the husband makes his own bread and it was lovely
We had the last room left which was right opposite the kitchen so quite noisy, it would have been better with an upstairs room
The welcome and care given. the comfy beds. The home-from-home sitting room. The fab breakfast!
Very friendly, ideal for walkers
Breakfast was excellent and Peter and Wendy are great hosts .
very quiet, good food, comfy and clean
We really enjoyed our stay here. Hosts Daphney and Peter were very friendly and accommodating. Most comfortable beds to sleep on and great choice for breakfast both cooked and uncooked options. Will definitely bd going back fir a longer visit.
We were greeted extremely well by Peter and Daphene, the room was very comfortable, breakfast YUM YUM !!!! we will certainly be back. Thank You
We had to leave :(
Very friendly welcome. Also the location was nice.
The friendly nature of the proprietors. The fact nothing was too much trouble.
There was nothing we didn't like
Daphne and Peter very welcoming and attentive hosts. Excellent accommodation and breakfasts. Superb location. Everything spotlessly clean.
Friendliness and easy conversation with owner/operators. Also being told on arrival we were being upgraded to a lovely big comfortable room - especially after a long day's travelling! Great breakfast!
Amazing hosts, very accommodating. Beautiful and incredibly comfortable B&B, FANTASTIC breakfast. Highly recommended.
Being watched whilst eating breakfast and inappropriate anecdote's. Irresistible bedroom was too small and the stairs too much for an elderly couple.
Owners very friendly and welcoming. Charming old house, convenient location, and particularly liked the extremely comfortable bed!
Nothing; a lovely overnight stay.
Very comfortable rooms and spacious, had a good nights sleep and a fantastic breakfast. Really friendly and most helpful hosts. Highly recommend
