The hotel was clean, comfortable and the staff were pleasant and helpful. parking was difficult and the restaurant menu was limited (no change in 3 days) |

We've stayed there before and the sea view rooms are great. Hythe is a pretty seaside location especially if you don't want the bussle of nearby Folkestone and the Stade Court is a good location. |

Only stayed at the Hotel for one night but found everything ok. The size of the lift which was tiny. |

I liked the friendliness and helpfulness of all staff. Meals very good. No sure if kettle was working from electrical point but when moved to another, it was okay. Struggled on a few occasions to open bedroom door. Overall, an enjoyable stay. |

Staff were pleasant and helpful, and the room was adequate. There was a reasonable breakfast buffet Breakfast chef unable to soft fry eggs, and refused to do fried bread for another guest. No draught English beer. Lift inadequate. |

\Welcoming staff, very well appointed large bedroom with panoramic views out to sea.The clean fresh bedlinen and towels.Good hearty breakfasts served in a pleasant morning room with sea views.Proximety to town and flat promenade. Although on-site car parking is restricted plenty of free on road parking available around the hotel. |
