Lovely comfortable room and good location for what was required. we were visiting my son who lives local, plenty of pubs in the vacinity.

shower could have been better kept falling off the holder. Husband found it noisy but did not bother me. Would stay again though, booking in was a little difficult as bar staff did not seem to know about the booking made in advance. On the whole I enjoyed.

Great transport facilities nearby, with rail services to Liverpool St & Moorgate, and tube connections. Friendly staff. Good location in centre of Enfield Town, with good variety of shops & facilities.

No heating in room on night of stay which was a particularly cold night (below freezing) No additional blankets available as no one contactable after bar closes. Toilet took several attempts to flush, and difficult to get anything other than scalding hot on shower temperature. Although fairly cheap, not value for money.

I booked a room in the Stag and Hounds for a client. We were advised to move him to your sister hotel Oak lodge in Village road on the recommendation that he would be more comfortable. My client was quite comfortable, i.e.he slept well, however the room was tiny and was not really appropriate.We would have preffered to stay with the origional booking.

As I was travelling with my 16 year old son I had booked a twin room,but on my arrival I was told there was no twin room available ,and as such we had to move to a single room as did my son this was not satisfactory to us. Also we were awoke by people coming into the hotel at 5.30 AM SAT MORNING THERE IS NO WAY WE WILL BOOK THE STAG HOTEL AGAIN

Cleaniness Heating was too high and could not turn down.I had caught cold heat day as we sweated a lot during the night. There was no one to check us in at time agreed at 15.00.we waited 1 30hrs for someone to check us in and another hour to get keys so we were stuck in room for that time. I would never stay there again

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were nice and clean

I stayed on a Saturday night. Didn't realise the pub below did not close until 2am!! Loud music played till around 1:30am. So therefore had a rubbish sleep. Also the tv did not work when arrived but staff were helpful & went out to purchase an aerial for us and tv worked after that.

The price....

I didn't like the noise, very loud music, staff told me wouldn't hear anything and that it was sound proof ceiling, but he didn't tell the truth!!!! Just glad I got the room cheap... Would not pay no more then Wat I did!!!

The staff was helpfull and friendly and the room was clean.

Good location, minutes away from local shopping centre and local shops.

Our room had a fireplace which became very noisy in the night witht he wind whistling down it. Also unable to take a shower as shower head broke and we were not offered an alternative or good will token!

Very clean and tidy, staff were friendly.

Had to leave room to use bathroom. Was not clear on booking shared bathroom. On recommending will make sure people are aware some rooms are shared bathroom.

The room was comfortable and central for travel to other parts of the city. Staff were helpful and friendly.

The rooms and decor were excellent. Lovely comfortable bed.

Might be worth mentioning that when booking on a saturday, that the pub doesn't close until 2am. I got very little sleep which took away how comfortable the room was.

The thing that I liked was that the one of the female that cleaned our room everyday was really nice, and very very friendly.

That you had to pay for the breakfast.

The personal was just helpful, welcoming and friendly. You can pass by the back with keys, so you can do your life. The design is just awesome, and the night the pub is with special ambiance lights :) Room is furnished, very clean (and cleaned every day). Thank you very much! Oops: grazie mille! ;-) Le personel était à l'écoute, sympathique et à notre soin. Vous pouvez aller et venir par l'arrière avec vos clés, et ainsi faire votre vie comme vous l'entendez. La décoration est de très bon goût, et le soir le pub du rez-de-chaussé est éclairé par des néons procureant une lumière tamisée assez agréable. La chambre est bien garnie (bouilloire, thé, café), et très propre (nettoyée chaque jour). Merci beaucoup!

Just the tv cable who get some problems, and driving the conexion really bad.. But we didn't really need to watch tv (we get the computer). Simplement le câble de la TV qui avait quelques problemes, entraînant une mauvaise conexion, mais nous n'en avions pas tellement besoin (tant nous avions l'ordinateur).

the room i request for i was geving a room and the toilet separet the room dawn stair and the toilet up stair that was a very terrebl experience for us and to paid 85 pound for that? that was to much is not fair i am trying to created a web site site to trying to let customers about some boguss guest house

Very clean, very friendly and helpful staff. Loved having the bar/cafe available at the end of the day, for a relaxing drink. Great breakfast.

Room was only single glazed and with the bus terminus straight across the road, it was a little noisy.

I book it last wk and then this wk again but had to pay more this wk shame
