we liked the w the family room was arranged. the room was way to hot. all the noise from drunk people in the sournding hotels. due to the windows not beeing double glazed.tis was not good when having two young children in the room.

The location was excellent No parking,room needed updating although the bathroom was new..the power shower had no water except trickles! Old wood hip wallpaper peeling off..curtains didn't fully close...I could go on!

good position in the town for eating out, shopping, lakeside parking is a nightmare noise in room on Friday from entertainment and rowdy people until 3:00am.not good when we had to be up at 7:30am

Location It's in terrible condition , and. Needs upgrading , I wouldn't stay here again , and would never recommend it to any one ; was very disappointed when we walked in as it looks ok on the web site . Also the bedrooms where freezing with mould on the walls . There is so meany other nice places to stay for the same price .

Very friendly staff and room lovley the fact that after 6pm till 8am you only pay £1 parking n we got a parking ticket after seeing this on internet and being told by staff you only need to pay a pound

The location was excellent. The staff was very friendly/helpful and the room was immaculate. The bed was comfy and the window opened to allow fresh air, so we slept well. Breakfast was huge and very well prepared—more than we could eat. There was loud music until midnight; honestly it wasn't terrible, for us, but might affect others more negatively.

mall quaint village gud scenery shops lots of restaurants around; good choices ; loveley scenery water in room very cold in shower despite mentioning nothing improved for hot showers dissapointed by this as everybody requires hot water

Excellent friendly staff, good food and decent portions as well. Although they don't have a proper bike store they were very acommodating and let us leave them in the cellar. Also dealt with our en route baggage service without fuss. The only niggle was that our room didn't have a shower. However, there was plenty of hot water for a bath.

There was plenty of tea and coffee provided in the room. The shower was hot in my room. The breakfast was good. Although we had a good shower in the room other members of our party only had spray attachments on taps. The chef was heard to complain about the time that our party came to breakfast even though there was still 30 minutes left. When we arrived mid afternoon we had to step through dirty sheets to get to our room.

Huge and nicely designed classic room, nice cookies provided, good location to lakeside, very nice breakfast arrangement in the morning. Unstable warm water supply in bathroom. Very loud music because of the live band from about 10pm to 2am. If you sleep early or with kids, this hotel is not recommended.

The room was well decorated and clean. The bathroom could have been better and needs updating. The breakfast was good and the evening entertainment in the bar was quite entertaining. Good beer. Being woken up by the noise from the nightclub, the noise from persons leaving the nightclub and the rattling central heating system

Location excellent for shops,lake etc Staff helpful and friendly Very generous tasty breakfasts, with plenty extra toast on request. Ensuite bathroom only had bath,no shower. No radiater in bathroom, freezing! Tiny TV in bedroom Booked double room, but was actually 2 beds pushed together.

the location was ideal for both shopping in the centre and for visiting the lake. the breakfast was excellent, A full english breakfast with as much tea, coffee and toast as you wanted. our room had A bath in it and we would prefer A shower. i am aware that some rooms have showers,
