The all in price for bed, breakfast and WiFi offered a better price that so called low cost Premier or Travel Lodge - and a superior class of hotel. The evening meal and full service breakfast were excellent, all with high quality ingredients. All of the staff were knowledgeable, attentive, helpful and friendly. Without question, I will stay at thi hotel again

Great hotel, and a really friendly and warm welcome. Nothing was to much trouble and the rooms are spacious and very well appointed. One point worth mentioning is that there was no lift to our part of the hotel, which didn't affect us, but for those who have difficulty getting up stairs its worth asking for a ground floor room.

Small but modern. Clean and comfortable. Not too expensive. Staff very nice. Food good.

Excellent service and staff. Value for money

Excellent Hotel, very clean spacious rooms, staff extremely friendly and helpful. Food very good quality and not overpriced. We and another couple arrived 4 hours before check in as we were going to a funeral and the receptionist arranged rooms for us so we could check in early and freshen up. Second time we have stayed at this hotel and would certainly stay again.

Food was very good.

The towels that we left on the floor to be changed were folded and put back on the rail again! The bathroom floor was dirty and the room has not been vacuum cleaned in the four days of our stay.

The shower had very little power to it, and therefore was more of a dribble. Our friends in the next room had the same complaint.

We just wanted to get out of the city for a night before our honeymoon and we had been there for a drink a few weeks before and liked the interior. We felt comfortable there

Bit noisy. Not very good view from bedroom

A very good sized room. The restaurant was good and the staff had an understanding of a gluten free diet. Excellent breakfast. Very friendly staff.

Poor lighting in the bedroom and bathroom. Not very good reception of tv. Restaurant was closed on the Saturday night because of a wedding so had to eat in the bar which wasn't what we had planned to do.
